It was as described. It was a little outdated and some food was better than others. The entertainment staff was lively and fun and I didn’t meet a single employee who was not happy to offer their services. People were constantly cleaning and doing their best to keep the ground clean. For the price it was worth it.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very clean. We did not use the safe. Our housekeeper was always happy. Everything well stocked and then some. We have no complaints about this resort. It is a party resort, however the noise level was not that bad. We were on the fourth floor away from the theater.

First time in Cancun
The Hotel was very clean and the whole staff was friendly and on the ball. This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort; the food was all great and so was the entertainment. I would say the only thing we had any issue with was not getting towels in our room after it was cleaned on one of the days, and when ordering drinks at the pool they all tasted about the same. If I was being particular, you did not have my favorite whiskey but that was not a deal breaker.

Solid overall value
Common areas, bars and restraunts are all very clean/well maintained. The staff, incl desk personnel, cleaners, servers, etc were all very good - friendly, responsive and engaging. Rooms are somewhat dated/basic but were acceptable what I had expected at this price point. The beach area is a bit limited in size (few tiki huts for some shade) - but again acceptable. The pools are great including the surrounding deck areas. I was quite pleased with the restaurant/food options - never had an issue eating when/where we wanted to. Had a couple nights with late night (e.g., 3 am) boozy noise - again, not unexpected but the hotel should monitor that more closely. Not a 5 star - but a 4.5 all things (incl cost) considered.

Great Weekend Getaway!
Adults only, very nice resort and much needed getaway from the cold temps of winter Chicago. Everything from the room, to the pool, the drinks and food, and the attentive service was spot on. My only gripe was the thin sheets they had given us for the beds. Would have appreciated a thicker blanket, but I get it when it's 90+ degrees outside.
