3 weeks of being spoiled
This hotel is so clean. The staff are constantly cleaning up and they work very hard to keep it clean. There are a lot of Americans and Canadians who stay here. The evening entertainment is brilliant if you get the chance to see the Michael Jackson act it's fantastic. The animation team are brilliant at what they do. The bar staff are attentive and friendly. The cleaning staff are always smiling and say hello. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful at all times of day. I would highly recommend a trip to Isla Mujeres from the hotel it's just stunning. The pools at the front of the hotel are busy and music is playing all day. There are 2 quieter pools at the side of the hotel which are peaceful and tranquil. You can make your stay at this hotel what you desire. Something for everyone. The rooms are basic, how much time do you spend in there anyway just be careful in the walk in shower it gets slippery when soap is involved. The twin sinks are a nice touch. There was an issue with the safe when I first arrived but reception sorted that out quickly and easily. The Italian restaurant is brilliant, the Japanese restaurant is sublime, the buffet was standard but filling with plenty of choices. The steakhouse was good. Thank you for a wonderful 3 weeks.

Lovely hotel staff cant do enough to make your stay pleasurable. Steak house amazing Delfino served us every time and once again couldn't do enough to do make our experience enjoyable. Loads of pool space and beach with white sands waiters even come around beach to serve drinks. You dont really need to go anywhere or spend money other than tips if you dont want to. Would go to this hotel again if I travel to Mexico. My only complaint was noise from some of the guests had no respect when going to bed late after heavy drinking. Noise didn't last too long so I think once again hotel staff acted quickly to quiten situations down.

Best experience in Riu
Riu SantaFe Las Cabos Saint Lucas was wonderful ... I Allways will chose Riu over all , the experience was the best starting from staff food cleanliness pool and bars its was a paradise in the garden of Eden !!!! I will be back. I TRAVEL ALOT BUT RIU WILL BE ON MY DESTINATIONS EVEN MORE AFTER THIS BONOS 5 DAYS IN CANCUN RIU FROM 12 MARCH 2026 , MAKES ME EVEN MORE EXITED!!

The staff were all very friendly, hardworking and the best part of this hotel. The food was good, not spectacular but always available. The rooms were the biggest disappointment. Double beds that weren’t even the same height for a married couple on their Anniversary was not ideal (missing bed post under the bed) the side table was rocking side to side. The toilet chain broke with 3 days left in our trip.
