I’ve stayed in many hotels and beautiful places before but something about Riu Caribe made me want to return. Maybe it’s the way the whole resort feels. There is something very special abojt waking up here knowing that you will be taken care of 24/7 by all the wonderful caring members of the hotel. Everything here is wonderful and inviting. The staff are so genuinely lovely not just professionally polite but warm caring the way they remember you. That is what makes the Riu Caribe memorable. I felt incredibly happy here with my niece and so very safe. I was so sad to leave and this is the best compliment you can give to any hotel. Thank you Pablo and Nacho for remembering me from the previous year and for always being on hand throughout my stay. Thank you Andrea from guest relations for organising a room change which was so very appreciated. Thank you to Jorge on reception your warm smiles are infectious keep on smiling… Thank you to Beto who worked so hard in the pool bar for making me feel happy every day. Thank you to Israel for the many laughs around the pool… I left this hotel wanting to return and I will and have been made to feel more than just a guest. RIU Caribe visit
Professionalism, courtesy, nice and very friendly people they welcome us. Also very helpful. Outstanding service above and beyond. Food courtesy staff excellent, cleanliness exceptional. Nice fresh smell would be good for elevators.

Riu Caribe Cancun Mexico
This hotel is amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. We have been coming here since 2020. We return every year, because it is the best value for your money. The beach is beautiful and well kept, always plenty of chairs at the beach and pools. The rooms are huge and clean with a wonderful balcony view of the ocean. We enjoy the atmosphere of the hotels White party on Wednesday nights. It is a wonderful thing to see all generations and cultures of people dancing and enjoying the music and each others company. This hotel is a big win!!

EXCELENT HOTEL
Riu Caribe is one of the best Riu hotels I've visited. Everything from the time we got there to the minute we left was amaizing. Service was excellent. Jorge did our check-in and he provided exceptional customer service. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and birthday and the hotel made sure to make our experience very special. They went the extra mile always. Food was ok, I would say a 4 out of 5. Rooms were excellent 5 out of 5 very clean and modern. Pools and beach were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Israel is the best for pool services and Vicente made the best lattes every morning for us. Entertainment team was great as well. We are definately coming back with a much biger group. Thank you for the memorable stay!

Great experience at a Riu hotel
Been to a few Riu hotels but this was excellent. Check in very fast (although we didnt get in till 20.00 hours so of course it was busy then. Unfortunately no luggage man available at the time so this wasnt a moan at all but wish had of been told at the time. Room was cleaned when we arrived and throughout the entire holiday to a great standard. We didnt ask for sheets to be changed regularly but they were anyway. Drinks in fridge topped up every 2 days never had to remind them. Restaurants all excellent for us. My wife preferred the shangri-la , myself margarita. However we liked them all. Bars were all good our favourite was the lobby bar and sports bar but the lobby definitely for us on a nightime as we like to chill. Pools were good but ourselves we like the one where most of the activities took place. The one thing that was missing from this at the private beach was the beach waiters/tresses. Not much of a problem but weve had these in the past at other hotels. Only thing I would stress to folk this is busy hotel the police were called several times and people were evicted but this only means the hotel is looking after us in my view. Would we come back Yes tomorrow if we could , the staff were all amazing every single one of them from security to maid . See you all next year Neil/Gail Tyneside united kingdom.
