This was my 5th time there celebrating my big bday. Unfortunately I drink prosecco only. Every other Mexican holiday no problem I tipped lots and gifts couldn't get it. Others did was promised by Anna mgr only to get 2 bottles red wine which I hate gave away to ppl in resort. In lounge bar 2 servers Emmanuel and other rude to me Never served and ignored us. I might come back nov

We are "returning customers". We do like this resort that have very friendly and helpful staff, and are always impressed how clean this resort is. All the time. Thank you for another relaxing vacation.

FULL-SERVICE Delight
I had a short stay in Mazatlan & RIU was the best! It is beach-front property with 6 pools & ALL the food you could eat. It was clean & quiet at night.

Stayed at the Riu from Dec. 5th to 12th. The resort is fine. The follow up horrible. I left Bose noise cancelling headphones in the room after I checked out. My fault I know. We have friends still on the resort and the hotel will not release the lost item without an email from me. I have sent numerous emails to customer service and other email addresses related to the hotel as well as a message through the app. The SUNWING Nexus rep was more than useless. He was not interested in helping as we had already left the resort despite the fact that our friends are still there. Do better Johnny. He was great when I was there tipping him. Gerald, Disappointed guest.

Family trip
Hotel and staff were great. Food was definitely not great. My whole family was very disappointed with restaurants.
