    Average hotel amazing sunset

    Most beautiful sunset into the sea. Awesome bar tenders at adult pool. Food was hit and miss and many in our large group had stomach issues during the trip. One elevator should be shut down. Several different guests had trouble with the one we got trapped in. Ocean was rough when we were there but lots of shells. Only wine and beer with meals. Only 2 restaurants with a menu option to order.

    Family Vacation

    Family Vacation with my 3adults kids and wife. Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Resort was great lots of food and bars. Good for my kids who are 18,22,25 and us as adults.

    Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - November 2024

    Please post signs to not feed birds or leave food unattended. Feeding birds brings more birds and when birds eat they poop everywhere. Service is excellent, lots of staff cleaning, food is average but lots of choices. Bartenders are fast but alcohol is of poor quality. Pools are heated for winter - about 3rd week of November.

    music from the beach to laud, we can not get rest afternoon time. One of the pool must be an adult pool.
