Nov 30, 2025Nice clean hotel
We stayed at the Riu Festival in late November and despite being out of season, it was still a very popular hotel. The staff where lovely apart from one bar staff member who seemed to relish in ignoring me, sent me to reception to pay for the bill and then I was sent back. Getting a round of drinks seemed virtually impossible and after waiting 45 minutes between drinks we just left. The internet was also very interesting and worked for the most part though unreliable. Food was nice and the buffet was varied and tasty.

I very much enjoyed Autumn holiday at the RIU Festival in Mallorca, The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent as were the staff.

Our first Mallorca holiday
The hotel was fabulous. The staff were very warm and friendly. The food was excellent with a good variety on offer at breakfast and dinner. Lovely spacious room which was spotlessly cleaned every day. Out first stay at a RUI hotel and certainly won’t be the last.

Exceptional Stay — Truly Worth Every Star!
From check-in to check-out, everything about my stay was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was well-furnished, and had a relaxing ambiance — exactly what you want after a long day. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety with fresh, high-quality options, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. Location-wise, the hotel is convenient — close to the beach, restaurants, and transport links. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for leisure travelers. The level of service and comfort exceeded expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

Riu Festival an enjoyable base foe a visit to Palma Mallorca
Great location close to bus routes (23 & 25 to the city and A2 to the airport), the sea front and promenade just down the road. Room was very clean and comfortable. Room a bit small compared with other RIU hotels we have stayed at. The USB ports in the room were not working, luckily we had an adapter. The fan was a bit creaky and noisy. We stayed half board, one slight downside was a high carbohydrate/sugary choice of dishes served at breakfast and dinner, which was limiting for diabetics. Very friendly and helpful polite staff.
