General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.
Convention Policy : Groups traveling together can book this property for their stay taking advantage of group benefits such as 6th or 11th complimentary guest, Group dinner reservation, One complimentary cocktail hour with a selection of appetizers, One complimentary massage for the group leader, Complimentary room upgrades to the next category, Fruit plate and bottle of wine for the VIP, Private check-in when arriving together, Welcome sign. Applicable with Wedding Collections and Social Packages. Consult terms & conditions.
Hotel Spring Break Policy -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Latino hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.
a. Parties in rooms are not permitted
6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

I am not a resort, kind of girl. I attended this resort as a wedding guest and found that my stay exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the resort the friendliness of the staff, the outstanding food selections and the plethora of activities all combined to make this one of the best reserve vacations I have ever enjoyed. In particular, I wanted to mention that it was very easy to obtain a lounger on the beach or at the pool and super easy to find a seat in the buffet dining room or one of the specialty restaurants. I felt that the staff went above and beyond in meeting any requests or needs and I truly enjoyed my two spa appointments.

Amazing gun
Went for 14 days, resort is new very clean and tidy, food on buffett was ok and restaurants a la carte also nothing amazing The highlights its the animation team, games all day on pool and bech, and then the amazing huge parties, white party, neon party, jungle party , pink party and the incredible crazy night with the animation team , also rock band and Las Vegas night, regarding the pool it was amazing the 4 pools, the sea was not to clean has there was bad weather and lots of wind , Marco the fitness instructor is super kind and nice and his classes are amazing to enjoy , The resort is very complete but 1 bar in the beach is needed to speed service and make it easy on the staff, beds are very confortable and there was no noise , We highly recommend the resort and the animation team to have fun, all the staff is incredible

The best time with my family 🌟
They are very good at their job, very pleased with the cleaning in the hotel and the restaurant. They clean our room every single day, fresh towels daily. The concierge was extremely helpful, we change the room after 2 nights, they upgraded our room without any charges. The waitress Nelly was very nice, helpful, always smiling and very fast she learned what every one of having. We are very pleased with everything. We had a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this place. Five stars 🌟

Could not find any thing wrong
We ad a wander full time. EVERYTHING was amazing. And the food was SOOO good ! Really hard to find something that wasn’t perfect !! 🤩 Bravo 🙌

Fun trip!
Everything was great! The buffet was always hot and fresh and so yummy! The drinks were as good at the staff. Definitely planning on going again. Our room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff around the property never stopped. Everyone was very kind!
