Saiqa she give me the best service at the beach bar! We came as a family she was so welcoming and nice! Best customer service she made us feel apart of the team and helped us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond making us have a great trip! She was always smiling and was so positive to us we are going to definitely come back because of her and the staff! She a whole a vibe!!!!!

We had to swap hotels due to work being done at the one originally booked. Both myself and my family member have travelled to Jamaica previously numerous times. In lower 'rated' hotels. This was the worst hotel stay... ever, for us. Firstly, the hotel itself, absolutely beautiful, a large resort, very clean and hygienic in my opinion. The decor was modern and you can tell the staff hold the hotel cleanliness to a high standard, including the pool area and the beach-Cannot fault this aspect. The gym was decent, small but had everything you need and the spa is just next door- slightly pricey, however the manager of the spa she was so professional and polite. Possibly the most decent member of staff in the hotel. The restaurants had plenty of choice, and is run very well... the only off putting thing for us was the forced 'good morning' chant the staff have to do when they open the doors to allow guests in. Felt very fake and too much. Reception is hit and miss- all depends on who you get. Some staff are polite enough whereas others were just full of rudeness and didnt want to even help.. which made us not even want to ask anything in the end. Now- as for the things that really made this stay awful for us... The ENTERTAINMENT staff are incredibly rude. Around 10am they walk through the pool area. Singing, dancing, twerking and making every single person say hello to them... Which would be fine if the guests who didnt want to shout and scream back were left in peace- some of us actually want a peaceful relaxing holiday. One morning I was very hungover laying by the pool. The entertainment staff walked through doing their usual routine... the family member i was with said hi to all 11 of them as they walked past shouting, I politely smiled at them all with a wave, but physically couldn't speak from the hangover plus the heat was alot!! Either way. One rude female entertainment member turned to me and said "fix up your face, you dont see me saying good morning, now you better say goodmorning' and kissed her teeth at me. I was so stunned because who on earth talks to a guest like that full of hatred and aggression, Just because they're laying down minding their business. This was enough for me to want to leave after 2 days. The next day the family i was with told me they heard another entertainment staff member say the same thing to an elderly man who looked shocked...Disgusting. We had some issues with our electrics at one point. Not a big deal at all, but we needed to request room maintenance to have a look for us... from the moment I opened the door, explaining exactly what the issue was so he understood to him leaving.. he not once said hello, he didnt let me know he understood what the issue was. No smile. Nothing. This seemed to be a theme with the maintenance and mini bar restock staff. Rude and as though you are a bother. Cleaning staff were lovely and polite 9 times out of 10. They worked very hard and come with no attitude at all. The hotel itself is pretty much a party hotel where people come with hardly any clothes, loud mouths and acting entitled. Pretty much there to hook up.. several times I heard people having sex so the whole complex could hear. I dont feel this hotel should advertise itself as ' adult's only' it should advertise itself as strictly 'party hotel' There's not really anywhere you can go for peace without being bothered by someone's ratchet behaviour or a rude staff member. 3 thousand down the drain to be spoken to like dirt and watch a bunch of fat females with their bbls desperate looking a man. There were a few exceptions I will say. There was a female on the rum punch section at the entrance who was so lovely, & some of the doormen at the entrance were okay. Oh and the staff get paid 200 pounds a week!!! Whilst being run around non stop. Its disgusting

The hotel is located in the direct line of airliners ascending so it was extremely noisy. The pool temperatures were too warm and uncomfortable. The hotel itself was nice, clean and well maintained. Be prepared to take your luggage to your room yourself. The food overall was good as were the drinks- although they don’t carry Ting nor ginger beer,2 Jamaica staples. Most of The staff tried but definitely needed more training and supervision. The biggest fault was smoking areas were not enforced people were smoking everywhere including weed nonstop.

Resort is great, the best part of the whole reort is the fact it has 5 pools, you choose your vibe for the day from relaxing to partying. Food is good. Please tip the staff if you go as i noticed 99% of the people dont tip and that is just flat out wrong. The people are so wonderful and so warm and they work so hard. Please take care of them. The ONLY thing that i wish were different would be the mattresses. They are so firm, there is no give in them whatsoever. But the place is great. The landscaping is beautiful, very clean and front desk is there if you need them. So much to do, so many great people to meet and memories to make. So good in fact im already booked for february again. This is an honest review as i hope it helps.
