Hotel perfect location,Spacious lovely hotel,food such a wide variety all so tasty I couldn’t stop eating, entertainment was great so much fun staff work really hard,rooms so lovely clean and spacious with great balcony view, I’m missing it already I would love to go back

My concern is that so many of us from the Christian community choose Riu for our vacation and so forth but unfortunately we're not really thought about at all. For example there is no musical entertainment for us to enjoy. There should also be a night for the Christian too, we want to also be entertain knowing we paid the same price like everyone else. People that are not Christian do listen to Christian music and do have clean fun, but most Christian stay away from the entertainment that is being offered there. Is it owned or operated by atheist, just a question I'm wondering about. That's my take or concerns..

A great stay!
My stay at the Ocho Rios Riu was great. It started very rocky due to the computer system being down causing the check-in process to take way longer than expected. The check in clerk although she was under a lot of stress, she was patient and friendly. Most of the staff was very polite and welcoming more so the men (I'm not sure if it it cultural but some of the women seemed to have quite an attitude). The resort was always clean and welcoming, my son absolutely loved the Rui Land, and I felt very comfortable leaving him there with the staff based on their energy and attitudes during our first interaction. The entertainment staff and most bartenders made my stay very pleasant, if I could change anything it would be the attitude of some of the women waitresses, a smile and pleasant attitude goes a long way.

Fantastic
All the staff made us feel welcome we really had a wonderful time. The only thing I was disappointed about was there was no weighting machine so that we could have weight our suitcase on departure. Thank God there was a member of staff that helped us out.

Very good stay
Second time staying at Riu and still didn't disappoint! Everything including the staffs were amazing. Looking forward to my next trip 😊🙏🏾👍🏾
