    Overall clean and decent all inclusive resort

    My family and I stayed at this resort for 15 days. The check-in went okay except that we booked for ocean view 2-bedroom suite and got partial ocean view. But according to the staff their family suites are set up in the way. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Food: This resort has multiple restaurants that required reservations except the buffet. Visited the restaurants and wasn’t impressed with the food quality. The buffet has varieties of food and we kept going there for most days. Pools: The resort has adult only and family pools. There were lots of beach chairs and towels readily available once you have towel cards for exchanges. The staff at the pools were very friendly. Shout out to Cornell one of the bartenders at the Kingston bar for his cheerful hospitality. Proximity to amenities: I like the way they built and setup the amenities at this resort. Everything was in walking distance and close to each other. Kids club: I have two daughters and one of the reasons we chose this resort was for the availability of kids club. We used the kids club once during our entire stay. Their hours were awfully short and my children didn’t like it. Overall decent resort!

    I will be back next year for my birthday in April. I really really enjoyed myself me and my family my grandkids I love all the pools. It was just really nice really enjoyable like I said I would definitely be back next year.

    Started Out Very Bad - Staff Redeemed

    My reservation was made into a complete disaster because my agent at the travel agency did not follow my instructions. I swore off ever staying at your hotel ever again and would be writing that sentiment now. Instead, you were redeemed by your attentive, excellent, highly professional staff members. All of our wait staff. Especially gentleman whose name I cannot recall at this time. Another name I forgot was the lady who made the eggs close to the entrance, very caring. Your Executive Chef O'Neil Vernon and Sous Chef Lavana, who quickly expressed concern addressed my meal concern. Last but not least, Shanice in Customer Service. They all made a difference for my stay and made me feel well taken care of. Each encouraged me to please come back and because they were so sincere, I will.
