Oct 05, 2024First time staying at a RIU Palace
What I'd do to come back to this place for another week! Firstly, the rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a resort. The marble and tiling was always shining! The hotel staff were extremely friendly all the time and went above and beyond on a regular basis. Shoutout to Orlando the front lobby staff member! Such a friendly man. He definitely should be promoted. Hopefully, I'll be able to return one day.

The staff made the whole trip
The people at the hotel are very special. They each made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through your doors. Staff at the front desk, specifically Junior was amazing. The animation crew were fantastic and got to meet them very well through our stay. Hector, Brandon, Kelvin, Jasmine, and the rest of the crew made our trip very special. From playing volleyball with us, to have a lot of fun with them at their pool games. They are truly happy to make you enjoy your stay and it was sad to say goodbye to them. Jersey Sophia the singer with his guitar was fabulous and all the other musicians were on point. The dancers from the show also let us have a great time. I was able to meet Grecia and some of the other ones and them had fun with them at the glow party.

Excellent Experience
Would definitely return again! We loved how close the beach was, Food was delicious Staff were so nice and lots of fun.. Just didn’t like the bed wasn’t comfortable..

There was plenty to do. I like how the beach was walking distance. I liked the live performances too

Our stay at Rio Palace was simple amazing!From beautiful ocean view to the big room , everything was perfect-334.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive always make sure we were well taken care. We enjoyed pool - the music was top notch!! And delicious meals . The beach was pristine, with crystal- clear water .The entire experience was unforgettable!!we are highly recommend this resort !!!!
