    Vacation at Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas

    We had an excellent, relaxing vacation. We requested a Junior Suite Ocean View. The room that we were given did not have the view we had hoped for, but the reception gladly checked for another available suite, and the view was amazing of the sea and lands end. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent and always friendly. The food was delicious! Room service menu is minimal, but the wet bar, restaurants, bars and the breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional. The lunch buffet was also perfect. The grounds and pools are gorgeous. Very relaxed atmosphere. They were partying pretty hard next door at Santa Fe, if you are looking for that (access included in Riu Palace.) But we were looking for quiet relaxation and were not disappointed!

    2024 Vacation

    We are senior adults and once we realized that one of the pools was absent of the loud music we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our time by the pool which what we were looking forward to!

    Riu Baja California higly recommende

    The hotel is in a great location, the service is very good and the parties are awesome, the only problem is the customer service manager named Cesar, he is a very rude and very disrespectful. I don’t understand why a great company like Riu allow this person to work there, all ohe Riu employees are trying to give a great experience but this guy is a shame for Riu
