The service everywhere was fantastic, especially Luis at the adult pool! The beds could be a little more comfortable, but everything else was great.

We spent 2 nights at RIU Palace in Cabo to get away from home chores and give the grandkids one last "summer vacation" before school started up again. It was well worth the cost. The kids, and me!, loved Splash Park. All of the staff are very helpful. The only downfall was that the Italian restaurant needs better fans. Until they get the heat in that dining room controlled, stay away from that spot for dining. Tom in Cerritos

We were a little unlucky that we travelled when there were a couple of Hurricanes in the vicinity, but they did not affect our stay. There was the right amount of everything a couple could wish for

Love RIU records and usually travel to Jamaica (Montego Bay) to celebrate my birthday. Tried this location this year instead and was very much disappointed. Resort is very nice with duplicate design on each side. Limited activities was a turn off. There was more entertainment in the stage area for kids than adults. It appeared that all of the "adult" entertainment activities were held at the Santa Fe. I was hoping for more at the Palace. 30-45 minute "casino" event (one blackjack table), 30-45 minutes bingo with only 2 games. Paid a lot more for Palace with little offered. Don't think I'll return.

October is a a relaxing stay at Riu
Super clean! Amazing service! Every riu employee was nice, relpful, and cared about our experience! It an older design but that make it great and in very good condition. You get to visit and at eat at the other two resorts. Easy access. We will be back. Buffets were great at all resorts. Specialty dining nice.
