    Fantastic hotel

    From start to finish this was a wonderful holiday. The staff at the hotel are all super friendly and helpful and just couldn’t do enough for us. The facilities, food, entertainment etc were all 5*. Can’t wait to return.

    Jamaican Dreams

    This was our second visit to Riu Palace. We love the staff, friendliness, cleanliness, entertainment, food, just everything. Special shoutout to Jamar from the Montego Buffet that took care of us everyday; called us "his family"! Also, Archer and String Bean . . so much fun in the lobby lounge. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place whose number 1 mission is to make you happy with your stay!

    Perfect in paradise

    From the moment we stepped of the plane was smiles everywhere . The people were so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile if they could . The hotel was clean and very grand . Was amazing all round , food was delicious and plenty of it even for allergys.
