First let me say I love Mexico and her people! They truly try their best to make your trip perfect! Check-in went well but our room was too close to the street and extremely noisy. The next day Justin got us an amazing room, I was a difficult person and I want to thank him for his professionalism in dealing with me. The food was all great, breakfast with Sebastian on the patio, as well as the times we ate inside when it was too hot. Our favorite restaurant was Krystal! Everything was so delicious we went there twice! I forgot to write down names but truly the service was top notch. Entertainment was great as well, Mariachi by the pool with a fabulous vocalist, live band Sunday night that couldn't be beat!! The entertainment staff worked constantly to keep everyone happy, the MC Valeria, well she was the best I've seen and I've come to Mexico for years! My favorite was Mar the fitness professional. She really knows her profession and can help you with anything fitness related. High level alcohol is everywhere and all you need to do is ask! I'm sensitive to many alcohols and bring my own wine . We loved that we could go just a block away for hard seltzer so I had drinks I could drink all week. I wish they would carry them at the resort ,they are inexpensive and work for allergies. Thank you Riu Palace Kukulkan for a wonderful vacation! We'll be back....

We would recommend this hotel
We loved this hotel. Staff and service were amazing. Everywhere was so clean. Great food & drinks. Special thanks to Jeromino and Rubi for their cocktails & service with a smile.

Amazing beach , amazing people
Just got back from Cancun I had the pleasure to stay in this resort for a week . Beautiful place , well maintained , amazing people , great service , good food and drinks I recommend this resort , you will not regrete Thank you to all the staff members for the good work I stayed in room 425😉
