Just returned home after 2wk stay. From the time we arrived till day we left we just couldn’t fault the staff, they were attentive, welcoming, extremely helpful, friendly and happy. Huge thank you to the Bar, restaurant & entertainment staff, they just didn’t stop - also to cleaners, on our last day massive floods in hotel due to the tropical storm but they just got on with sorting it out without any fuss. We stayed on the 3rd floor & had fab balcony and sea views. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends & will be back - Thanks again

Girls Trip
I had a fabulous time. Food was delicious. Service dynamic, very clean. The only thing I that wasn’t appealing was the alcohol mixed drinks.

What an amazing holiday
So our first ever visit to this amazing hotel. Here's what we think Hotel exceptionally clean, especially after storm helena hit. I was surprised at how quick they got the hotel up and running back to normal after it. The staff - every single 1 of them worked so hard. Special shout outs go to Victor in Mexican restaurant Nick in the buffet area inside William and Enrique serving drinks by beach and pool. Hanniel in crystal for the exceptional service for our anniversary meal Ernesto terrace bar and finally Eileen and Johnny on entertainment team. These are but a few of all the incredible staff there and these were the guys we met most. Now for restaurants Our favourite was krystal the food and service in there was 2nd to non from hanniel. 2nd favourite the Mexican amazing again 3rd favourite black and white 4th the buffet Last the Italian thought the service wasn't best and we tried twice. We didn't do the Japanese as its not our taste. Overall what an amazing experience and the best staff. Will we return? BLOODY HELL YES!!!! Didn't feel like doing many trips only because we enjoyed the hotel and everything there, the entertainment was good also, we did do 1 trip to jungle kingdom from Tour in Cancun To do atv, zip line cenote and horse riding, great trip out. So jealous of everyone still there. Met lots of great people whilst there and got some new friends from it.

Cancun trip
Everything was amazing. Such kind staff. Such beautiful views. Such phenomenal food. We really enjoyed going to the spa, even though it was very expensive.

Best vacation ever
We had the best time ever. Two days after a hurricane, we arrived to a pristine hotel and great customer service. Johnny and Jesus were were true winners on the entertainment staff. Our trip would not have been the same without them Catalina, in Don Roberto, helped start every day with joy and light. We have been here once before and will definitely be back
