    Great and personal service

    The service is extremely good. All members of staff are genuinely sympathetic and caring for your experience. Very good food, very qualitative and a lot of variation.

    Wonderful escape to paradise

    This adults only five star hotel is one of my favourites. The reception area and restaurants are grand in appearance and many rooms have amazing views of the dunes and sea. Best of all are the staff. It’s so nice returning again and again to see familiar faces and get warmly welcomed back “home”. The staff are all fantastic and make the holiday so much more enjoyable. The rooms are good too - spacious with comfortable beds and enough storage space. Food in the restaurants is generally good with a huge selection on offer. We go twice a year to this hotel and will return again in February 2026 to escape the cold and top up on winter sunshine.

    Perfect

    Clean hotel, well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, peaceful, spectacular location adjacent the dunes. The food is superb. Despite thinking the white party can’t be as good as advertised, it was actually really good. Met some lovely people and would definitely return.

    Paradise at Riu Palace Maspalomas "!

    The room was excellent and maid service superb ...Marissa and senor Jorge looked after me so well .restaurant team incredible Mateo Reuben Evelyn Deneicee Carlos Enrique Juan B maitre d and Claudio and Maria who tops up the champagne 🍾 counter every day !!! Reception Toni Eneleido 1 Loretto Agustin Antonio Sara Sandra Alba and Sabrina ! Incredible reception ...provided ice buckets every day and taxi to airport when hotel car delayed ! Pool side Paco Gabriela Kevin Gabriela Umberto amazing ! Oasis and Krystal restaurants brilliant ! Pool area with Santiago and Koko superb spotless !!! Congratulations to the chefs Antonio and Selena and Bridget and all chef team !! Brilliant stay
