The hotel has received a complete refurbishment in spring/summer 2021, becoming a 5 star-adults only after it.

    Maspalomas

Lovely hotel in an incredible position. Bedrooms large, clean and with everything you could need. The staff are friendly and helpful. We got a welcome drink on arrival, and on my birthday a bottle of Cava and flowers were put in our room. In the restaurant I got a candle and more flowers, a nice touch. The entertainment on some nights was very good, liked the fact that it didn't all finish at 10pm like a lot of hotels. We like to eat latish and then listen to music. As well as the buffet restaurant there are two a la carte ones which you can use often, we used them twice each, lovely. Didn't like the look of Playa del Ingles, too built up, so we turned left to a much nicer area. Handy little supermarket two minutes walk away. Never been to Gran Canaria before but will return again and definitely to this wonderful hotel.

    Impeccable as ever

Our 10th visit to this hotel and it is still our favourite of all. Service impeccable as ever, big shout out this time to Sherry from the housekeeping team who did a great job cleaning our room beautifully every day. It was lovely to see Denise again at dinner and also this year thanks to Gina and Makua- hope I have spelt this correctly. We will be back same time next year- already booked
