The Riu Palace Punta Cana is a true paradise with stunning architecture. After a relaxing day at the beach, I decided to visit the casino. The chuck a luck tables were extremely generous to me, and right after, I hit a huge payout on the machines.

Great food and drink served by lovely happy and helpful personnel. Our room was perfect and always kept tidy . Animation team were brilliant and full of joy throughout our holiday Shame about the seaweed on the beach but the Hotel tried their best in the daily clearance effort.

Great location and services
We found our room to be spectacular and the service excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a variety of food options and entertainment choices. The weather was fantastic.

Amazing hotel, beautiful beach, delicious food and wonderful staff. We loved every moment! ❤️🌴
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riu Palace Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. The hotel is beautiful, clean and surrounded by gorgeous tropical scenery. The beach is absolutely stunning, with soft white sand, palm trees and warm turquoise water — exactly what you imagine when you think of the Caribbean! The pools and hotel grounds are also very well maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of choice every day, and we really enjoyed the restaurants, drinks and overall All Inclusive experience. The staff were always friendly, polite and hardworking, and they made our holiday feel even more special. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the whole resort had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. There was a great balance between entertainment and relaxation, so you could always find something to do or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We came home with so many amazing memories. Punta Cana is a beautiful place, and Riu Palace Punta Cana made our holiday truly unforgettable. We would happily come back again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful Caribbean holiday! 🌴☀️🌊❤️ Thank you to all the staff for such an amazing experience!

Not the best Riu Palace, but not bad
I will try to brief, stayed 11 nights in early Sept 26. POSITIVES The building itself was majestic , like all Riu’s Communal areas were clean, classy and well presented Good post checkout facilities, showers, suitcase storage etc Plenty of sunbeds Excellent attentive employees Rooms were spacious, but a need a little TLC NEGATIVES: Food was ok, but could be better. Pools heavily chlorinated suggesting sanitation issues No quiet pool, always loud events. Smoking allowed almost everywhere Age inappropriate music played by the entertainment team during the day for pool exercises Total lack of any sugar free sodas so diabetics struggled Only opening 2 à la carte restaurants a day on a first come first served basis
