Big family group took a trip together to this resort they were super friendly amazing breakfast buffet. Food was fresh and tasty and having stayed at all-inclusive resorts that are considered five star the weight staff and the buffet at this resort were surprisingly really really good. can’t say enough good things about the staff really great shows at night beautiful beach although watch for sand fleas. Definitely bring bug spray if you plan to sit on the beach in the shade or after rains, but the rooms were clean, food was great. Staff was friendly.

AMAZING experience! The entire staff is wonderful from dining, cocktail servers (Temeka), and the entertainment team (Spotlight)... They are rock stars! They do it all! Their rock and roll performance was the best! There is nothing they can't do! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I hated to leave and cannot wait to return!

Wonderful vacation
Just returning home after two weeks at this hotel. Had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff are excellent. The entertainment team were amazing Thanks to Sandi and her team who were all wonderful. Special mention to Sptlight, Advance and Sonia. The food was fantastic with lots of choices. Special mention to Samuel at the Japanese restaurant and Christopher at the Italian restaurant. Also, Lisa and her team at the Cappuchino bar were wonderful. The beach is wonderful. The only negative thing were the beach vendor's. They are not allowed on the resort so you can avoid them at the hotel but if you are walking on the beach they can be quite persistent. All in all, a fabulous time.

Lovely hotel
Loved our holiday here. Beach lovely and clean. All the staff were brilliant. Walked down to Riu negril looked lovely but beach better at tropical. We was in block 4 lovely room. Definitely recommend Safe to go out of hotel

I favorite part was the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooms closer to the road has some traffic noise. Laid back location. The jerk hut had the best food. Spa services were grossly overpriced. However, you should walk up the beach towards RIU Negril and see Nicole, THE LADY IN THE BLUE HAT! The message was super relaxing. Phenomenal and friendly service. I highly recommend her!
