    A break from the cold

    This was our third trip to the RIU and didn’t disappoint we had a room in the accommodation which was once another hotel we had a nice room and got the sun on the balcony for a few hours and had a sea view the room was spotless and cleaned every day the weather was good we had one day of rain but good weather the rest of the week the food was good but was disappointed with the deserts which really never changed from day to day the entertainment at night was great overall we had a great time

    March Stay

    This was our time at this hotel. We thought that everything was very good. The only thing that we weren't happy with was that the sunbeds were too close to each other.

    Typical RIU efficiency

    Room fine, in main building as requested, would have hated to be over the bridge, way to much walking over for meals and entertainment. Food good as expected in a RIU hotel. Weather very unpredictable and the main bar area downstairs had heaters dotted around but was still very cold and draughty, I wore a jacket every evening and often had to sit in a different area from where we wanted as it was too cold and draughty for comfort. Upstairs by the bar in reception was warm but not enough seats for the number of people seeking warmth. Most staff very polite and friendly and worked so hard. Just one woman on reception unfriendly and abrupt.

    Fabulous Hotel

    This was our third visit to this hotel and in my opinion, still up to it’s high standards. The choice of food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and had lovely sea views. The only moan I would have is that the towels could do with being updated. Night entertainment was varied and good. Pool areas were clean and plenty of sun beds available. Pool bar and snacks were good too. Certainly recommend this hotel.

    Family trip

    Me and my wife were away with family they stayed in main hotel while we had a family room I couldn't fault either option but a little quieter where we were .ideally situated hotel just away from the bustle of Puerto del Carmen but close enough to stroll into . Food choice was excellent,,drinks OK,,beds comfortable as usual in a riu ,,would stay again
