The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, during events the MC should translate for the non Spanish speaking guests to be able to enjoy as well. Also after 10 PM the only thing available is sandwiches and chips in the sports bar

The staff is very friendly, the food is good, also the specialty restaurant. Sometimes it’s busy at the specialty restaurants, but you will mange to enjoy them all during your stay. The drinks ook good, the rooms are clean. This hotel could with some very small improvements reach the Riu Palace status. The only issue is the abuse of alcohol by many Colombian guests. Expect screaming, loud, in this party hotel. They don’t care other guests. Security and pool-staff will not warn guest and even not send them out the pool if they are almost drowning because they can’t swim/walk anymore. Staff of bar is doing their best and receive only rude responses. For the food, staff and environment: its an amazing hotel. But expect a next level of scream and issues. The hotel should raise the prices because the hotel and staff has 100% quality. A bit more service at the bar (waiters), clean more outside in the main restaurant and renew some of the beach chairs + some small paint. This should make this hotel a Riu Palace. The staff is ready for it!

It was a wonderful experience. Great facilities. Delicious food. To improve the experience: the internet 🛜 service.

Excellent service, delicius Food, awesome show, the instalations are high end, i enjoy a lot the adult swimming pool, good cocktails

Good Value, family-friendly stay
Room could have been cleaner upon arrival, got better over the stay. Food was good, variety of options. Shows and activities were fun and family friendly. Good value.
