Perfect location, easy to reach from airport either by public transport or by shuttle bus/taxi. The food at the hotel is top: lot of choice for every taste, fresh and versatile at the both of the restaurants - main and so called 'Spicy'. We appreciate that there is no need to make a reservation for the dinner, everything is very democratic. Well done, management & all Riu Playa Park team!

Great hotel
We had an excellent time in this hotel. Facilities are very nice and the food is great. Special thanks to Katarina on the reception. We would have a great time anyway because it's a very nice hotel, but she made our stay wonderful.

Excellent Hotel
been a couple of times already , never disappointed, fun is always on , very kind people from the first welcoming until you leave , 0 issues , the only issue I had was not staying longer time :(

We have stayed at AI RIU before in the Costa del Sol and had a lovely time. Cannot fault cleanliness, food or staff. I was disappointed that there were large groups of men (stag parties perhaps) and did not think this was permitted, I personally found it a little intimidating and somewhat noisy around the bar/pool. This was only a small part of a lovely, relaxing break. Staff were lovely too, accommodating disability wise by placing us in a room close to the lifts and restaurants- for this I was very grateful as the hotel was full. All in all a great stay, thank you.

Fantastic
Reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, Carlos and Claudio were fantastic. The hotel is so clean, and rooms are well appointed and cleaned to a great standard. The buffet restaurant is great, with a good variety of food, and always cooked well. Spices was nice but it is essentially a buffet restaueant with less variety than the main buffet. The pools are kept clean and presentable, and the gardens are always well tended. All the bars are good with great service. The staff are amazing and all helpful. The entertainment was ok. There was always a management prence in the hotel. We found the all inclusive good for us, we only tend to drink alcohol with our meals, so it suited us, and they do not skimp on alcohol. I did not understand why we had to pay a deposit for towels, the card system in all other Rius works well. My only negative is no water, or kettle in the room. We did manage an upgrade in the second week to a pool villa, which we found to be perfect. Overall the hotel is really very good with a good location. Many thanks to all staff.
