Everyone was really nice. There were really nice people working at reception. They made check in really easy and allowed us to go to the pool and the beach while we waited for our room. We had arrived before check in and they prepared our room for us ahead of time. There were really nice people at the cafe, too. It was very clean. Dinner and breakfast were good. I recommend.

Exceptional resort
Hotel staff is amazing. Location cannot be beat. Breakfast buffet is off the charts. Can’t say enough about the service. Special shoutout to OSLA and JANNETH. The RIU can be very proud and thankful that they have such caring and professional people in these 2! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Riu Miami Beach: Great value !
Nice spot, good service, versus to others south beach hotels : Good value with good price Breakfast with everything to eat included But should do sometimes about the birds at the outside restaurant and the young guy at the towel spot was very rude Yl

Sep 28, 2026Hotel has gone down. Ppor customer care.
Have just arrived at 1:00am this morning. As we were travelling with friends I had e mailed the hotel when the booking was made to request rooms which were close to each other. My husband and I were given a room on the 3rd floor and our friends were given a room on the pool level.! We had paid for a room with balcony or terrace but our room 322 had only a dirty window! Went to reception to explain this and was told "That room has a nice view!" I could not believe what I was hearing!!! The receptionist told me that there was no other room available and to go back to reception tomorrow to see what could be done. Also tv does not work! I am more than disappointed. Obviously a really poor start to the holiday. Having had many enjoyable stays here I will not be staying here again. Absolute shambles.Tui or Riu's fault?????

TV ALARM SOUNDS MANY TIMES! Including throughout the night. The room Smells musty. Too expensive, definitely not worthy.
