    New York dreams

    I had a fantastic stay at RIU Plaza Times Square. The hotel is in an excellent location, and very close to shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it easy to get around New York. The hotel is very highly rated and completely lives up to it. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a huge variety and great quality a perfect start to a busy day in the city. Overall, a fabulous hotel and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Only downfall is the see through shower door when sharing with family. I provisionally seen this and ordered a cheap shower curtain and hung it for privacy.

    Great hotel with helpful, friendly staff

    This hotel is in a great location to explore New York. We were lucky enough to have a room on the 27th floor with absolutely phenomenal views. The room was very clean and kept that way throughout our week there. We opted for the buffet breakfast which was busy but we never waited and the food was plentiful. Our luggage was kept safe on our last day while we continued to explore the city and transport to the airport arranged. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again if we return to NY.

    New York trip

    My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights 9th-13th January. I could not fault the hotel it was spotlessly clean. We were on the 14th floor but there were 5 lifts so you didnt wait. The lifts are really fast so you don’t take long to reach your allocated floor. We had a king sized bed and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The bathroom had a walk in shower and they would change the towels everyday if you asked. We paid for breakfast and we weren’t disappointed. The breakfast was buffet style and you never left hungry. There was all sorts of food and hot drinks. We always filled up and it lasted us all day. One tip we went for breakfast really early as it gets busy around 08.00am. All the staff were very helpful and when we left they even organised a taxi to take us to the airport. I would definitely stay here again as it was on Times Square so was close to shops. We took a picture of where our room was but at night it was an amazing sight with all the lights.

    Great location

    Hotel was clean and in great location , was disappointed with the breakfast and only had that once as food was cold and most trays empty , the tables were so squashed together you struggled to be able to sit at the tables
