    Relaxed vacation

    My Hubby went to Riu Reggae in August. The Resort is Definitely a Party Place with lots of great Food, Beach and Service!! It is very clean and the Staff is very Friendly. Will Definitely be Going back. Thank you to All the Great Staff who served us and made our stay very enjoyable. We truly recommend this hotel for a quick get away. Brilliant delicious dining experience , fantastic atmosphere and entertainment. The white party and neon party was remarkable. The hotel itself offers you a relaxing ambience with something for everyone. Definitely will return.

    Hotel with the best setting ❤️🫶🏻

    We had a cracking week, wish we had booked 11 nights will the next time, receptionists all great, bar staff all fab, the entertainment staff sheldon, the amazing britney what a dancer her and rhianna, bubbles, loved the rock show, jacko, the jamaican show they put a lot of work and effort into it and it shows, the white party fab too, the setting here oh wow, the view from your pool bed looking at the ocean we had a few swims in it too beautiful, the lifeguards pleasant too , pool area lovely . It was our 30th wedding anniversary and got lovely gift of a photo album which we really appreciated, only reason not 5 star found our maids rooms 241’s. Not very friendly didnt look at you, maids on bend to lift totally different, not a hello or anything which found strange , we normally know maids names etc not these ones. Overall we loved it and will defo be returning !!!!!! YAMMANN!!!!!!! 🇯🇲 🫶🏻❤️🏝️😎🍹🍹

    Great wish we had stayed longer

    I have just got back from this resort and I wish I could have stayed longer one week was not enough! Check in was a breeze and we had the luxury of having room 83 which is right on reception so close to everything within walking distance. The maid was brilliant so much we even tipped her for looking after us. Our fridge was topped up everyday with no hassle and fresh towels everyday. Food - we booked for the steak House which was amazing! The Italian was even better and one of the best meals we had overall in the week. We took trips to Dunnes river and the catamaran which took you to ricks cafe. We booked this with the rep in reception for both it was 180 dollars each which was cheap! The catamaran you got all Drinks included! There was entertainment through out the day which made the holiday not boring and a real vibe. The jerk hut on the beach is a must try! Go at 12oclock to save que. White party at Montego Bay was worth going. We took the shuttle bus to the hotel it really is 2 minutes away. There is a shop on site which sells everything you need, we didn’t realise you needed different plugs which we were able to purchase from the shop at 35 dollars so make sure you take the RIGHT ones. The airport no hassle from anyone which compared to Dominican Republic it was lovely to have no one trying to take your suitcase. Really clean and the food is nice and fresh. The only downfall to this trip was the weather hit a miss with rain but don’t let that put you off it’s hurricane season!

    RUI Reggae Montego Bay Jamaica

    Excellent, room ready when we arrived . Happy Anniversary with rose petals on the bed. House keeping high standards every where clean and tidy . Sea view room comfortable bed. Spacious room, food excellent with my food allergies Peanuts Nuts Tomatoes Lime carry EIPEN’s, entertainment excellent. Bar is excellent, reception excellent grounds are beautiful well kept. Everyone who works here are kind and person centred. Got time to chat to us. Pools are clean. Beautiful view of turquoise sea. Love it here. 11 nights . My partner and I are happy staying here. .

    Horrible resort with 1 saving grace.

    Good location for the most part. Close enough to the airport your not in a car for an hour to get there. Atmosphere reminds me of the ghetto from most cities. Very low class. Entertainment is almost nonexistent. We travel 10-14 weeks a year normally and this is probably the worst resort we have been to in year for daily entertainment. Room are clean and avg however the bed is like sleeping on a block of rock its so hard. Noise in the halls from the low class travelers is crazy as it just echoes and gets louder as it travels it seems. Yelled out to respect other guests many times without results. Service at the bars and restaurants was very good. The highlight of the trip was actually the food. Lots of options and very tasty compared to other resorts we have been to.
