    Better consider other options

    The place is very beautiful, the room is big and comfortable and most of the co workers are friendly The air conditioning system does not exhale a good smell and it doesn’t allow you to control the temperature inside the room, since is doesn’t accept you to turn up or down the temperature; then, late night you have to choose either dealing with low temperature if you keep it on, or hotness if you turn it down. Food is excellent and tasteful in the available self serving buffets. They have also à la carte restaurants: we went to Krystal - the best of them, in terms of food and co workers; La Bodega, the Spanish restaurant, which is very good too, and the only one we didn’t like was Luigi, the Italian restaurant (food is not good and the employees are more interested into talking loud among themselves instead of paying the smallest attention to their clients). Finally, but not less important, it’s needed to stress out that it is not a smoke free hotel, so you won’t be able to enjoy any of the exterior areas, including restaurants, pools and beach with out putting up with smoke of cigarettes, cigars and sometimes other things… if you have asthma or allergies, you really must consider choosing another place to stay.

    The Experience🏪

    I Had So Much Fun On This Resort! Ofc I Came Onna Sunday BUT The Jungle Party Was The NxtDaY Which Was Totally Fun And I Left The Resort The Duration lol BUT Punta Cana Was An Amazing Experience…I Wenta All The NightLife Clubs Off The Resort And All Of Them Was Jumping!

    November- December 2025 vacation

    This hotel continues to be our favorite. We only noticed one major difference. The entertainment part of the experience has degraded from 10 to 3. The resort offers different pools for your taste in music level and quietness but the main pool has no events, no staff opening the day, some days no drinks pool service. We have sent people there with high recommendations but I won’t recommend it to young adults anymore as currently it is the same as going to a resort with kids. We used to love the resort for the high vibe and the never ending energy. Not sure why or when this changed but certainly not the same experience. Some guests make a lot of effort to get to these vacations and they expect more out of it. There used to be one or two afternoon activities by the pool before such as beer contest, we saw one in the two weeks we were there. These are the stuff people wants to see to go back, this is the fun people is expecting to have. The big pool party has become a self entertaining experience. The hotel is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, we always feel safe there but please bring the entertainment back to what it used to be.

    No!!!!

    No!!!!!!! Angelo should be fired, he treats guests badly and can't handle crisis situations like ours. I've never been in such a dirty hotel with mold in the rooms
