Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.
Convention Policy : Groups traveling together can book this property for their stay taking advantage of group benefits such as 6th or 11th complimentary guest, Group dinner reservation, One complimentary cocktail hour with a selection of appetizers, One complimentary massage for the group leader, Complimentary room upgrades to the next category, Fruit plate and bottle of wine for the VIP, Private check-in when arriving together, Welcome sign. Spring Break Policies -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense. a. Parties in rooms are not permitted
6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Visiting Cabo to celebrate my birthday with just my husband and I. The parties make the resort!! Rui Pink Party was amazing! So much fun, as well as the Neon party. The entertainment across the board was really good and fun to watch. The rooms are basic, nothing spectacular. There was a constant puddle of water right outside the shower door. We couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We just put a towel there to ensure we didn't slip when walking into the bathroom. The beds and pillows could definitely use some upgrading. The bed was really uncomfortable (very hard) and the pillows were very flat, no fluff at all. Food- typical resort food. Some of the restaurants reminded me Chucky Cheese pizza/snack bar! La Baja California stood out for breakfast. The omelet station was a hit. The steak house was good as well for dinner, but you need to make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes before it opens; otherwise, you will be waitlisted. The pools were nice as well as the swim up bars. The beach is beautiful. However, there are ALOT of solicitors as soon as they see you coming down the walkway to the beach. It can be a little overwhelming, but we just told them "No Thank you" and in most cases, they went on their way. Its just alot of them!! I would definitely stay at this location again and because of the parties, I'm enticed to give other Rui locations a chance!!

If I could do it all over again I definitely would. The only downside of the resort was it not being an adult only resort so you will see a lot of kids there. Another downside would be the food was super mid. Besides that the check in agents were very nice friendly and helpful. The waterslides was fun. The resort has parties which was nice plus. Amazing Resort!
We stayed at Santa Fe for 7days and It was an amazing experience, loved all the amenities and parties they throw. The food was great as well we loved the buffets. But just keep in mind all the restaurants are buffet as well which i wasn't so happy about it. However the food was delicious

Great Stay in Cabo
Our stay at the Riu Santa Fe was awesome. The location was wonderful. We could sit a the pool and look out at the rocks and the ocean. Our ocean view room was great, had a good view of the pools and ocean. The drinks and food were top notch for an all inclusive resort. Our favorite place to eat was the buffets, they had anything you could want. Pizza and water slides were fun for the whole group 18-55. The parties were fun and the music stopped at a reasonable time. Staff was always cleaning and the resort was clean and beautiful.
