First time in Cabo. We usually go to the Cancun/Mayan Riviera side. Hotel was ok, good for the price we paid. Pros: party resort if you like to party, clean rooms, we got the oceanfront suite in building 7 - the only building with an elevator, good service. Cons would be the food, it was just okay, most restaurants were buffet style, Rooms didn’t have slippers so bring some if you like to use them, Also there’s no poolside service, if you want alcoholic drink, you would have to go to the bars to get them. The nice thing they have is the self service non alcoholic drink stations and lots of self serve fast food stations.

Good stay, will visit again
Only real complaint is that resort is TOO big, but I knew that going in. Lots of flies and mosquitoes but I will say it was probably cause of the hurricane that passed close by when I visited. Food was excellent, but there could have been more options as a la carte restaurants were still buffet style. Really satisfied with my stay and will be back, but next time will request a room that is closer to everything. Staff was friendly but stretched a little thin as they had a lot to deal with considering the size of the resort. Noise could get out of hand especially when the parties let out and guests are talking loud when walking back to rooms and the halls echo. Rooms were clean and comfortable and looks like they have been renovated previously or just really well kept.

Wonderful vacation but there is room for improvement
Beautiful and massive hotel with several pools including two infinity pools and several swim up bars. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a fully stocked fridge with water, sodas and beer plus also hard alcohol such as vodka, rum and tequila. It’s an all inclusive hotel for food and drinks. There’s always something to do or events scheduled plus almost daily themed parties. There are a few things we feel they could improve. The food and drinks were a hit and miss. The steak house was disappointing too. We ordered the 12 oz rib eye but that was a more like a flavorless 6 oz cut. And the buffet also had some nice choices while others were not so great like dry scrambled eyes, closed French toast and watery oatmeal and arroz con leche.

The resort is lovely, very clean. Rooms are very spacious. Lots of things to do within resort, water park, nightclub or if wanted the peace lots if areas for that also. Food amazing only thing wish there was a few more coffee / tea stations around

Enjoyed our week here
Great time here with my wife. Rooms were great, stayed in the 7000 block, close to the beach and breakfast buffet. Wifi was good everywhere. The beach is red flagged, do not try to swim. You will be pounded into the sand with 12 ft waves. Infinity pools provide a fantastic view. Very large resort so lots of walking. Food was good. We didn’t try any of the white, pink or neon parties as we are in our 60’s lol but good for a younger crowd. We went to see Sammy Hagar’s Birthday Bash which dates us. I have no problem recommending this hotel and we’d come back
