Atlantis Experience
Great experience at check in, Iraneka was amazing and helped us get an upgrade to a balcony suite overlooking the harbor. Ovan was equally as amazing as his customer service was above and beyond a typical check in, keeping us smiling and laughing during the entire process. He quickly and professionally gave us all the information for usage of all the wonderful offerings the property has in store for us for the week. Amazing personalities and professionalism. If I could rate over 5 stars, I would gladly do so.

Be prepared to pay top dollar for everything
Beautiful and safe. Way over priced everything. 10%gratitude automatically taken out of purchases. They then still expect and additional 10-20% (on top of everything being double the price in the us) This was a great 1x experience. Which makes me sad for the people living on the island. Unfortunately the resort is outlandish expensive and charges for everything. I dont see this as a sustainable resort. Great memories but moving forward we won't be coming back or recommending this resort.

Fabulous!
We keep coming back because we love all the amenities in one spot. Most of the restaurants are exceptional, and you can use a different pool every day if you choose. The beaches are breathtaking, and the water is phenomenal. The waterpark is great for kids and adults. The rooms are beautiful, and the resort is always well taken care of. We also enjoy the aquarium and the feeding sessions with the aquatic life.

Room was horrible
A year and a half later the Royal Tower is not good. Moldy smelling rooms and freezing temperature. I checked in last week was assigned to one of the Royal towers, went to room, very bad moldy odor and freezing temp. Turned thermosat up to 80, still freezing. I went back to the front desk, was assigned a second room, same issues. The front desk staff called me to check on the status of the room, I asked her to have housekeeping deodorize the room and to have an engineer check the room temperature. The deodorizer only lasted a day. The engineers came, did nothing to fix the thermostat, they only adjust it to auto at 72 degrees. I complained again about the freezing room, a man came up the next morning and asked what is the problem. Advised him the room is freezing even on 80 degrees. He did nothing as well except turning the thermostat to auto. I aksed for a portable heater, he said he will check. Never heard back from him or any staff. We had to sleep with the door open to warm up a little. Horrible. We got sick a few days later. This is very poor service. It astonishes me how the employees act suprised they did not know the rooms smell and are freezing, when other guests have addressed the same problem to them with no resolution. I saw other guests reviews after I returned home. Caesars rewards need to re-evaluate sending patrons here. You are treated as a nobody. No comps no free play for repeat guests, despite my play level. Rooms not up to par. Restaurants: I ate at Anthony's and Chop stix, got food poisoning both times, despite the food being good. Very disappointing stay vs last year. Returning is questionable. Only enjoyable is the water park and the pools.
