  Not sure if worth the money

  A lot of repairs that were very much needed were being done early in the morning so our room was shaking from work and there was a lot of loud noise.

  Had a great time at Atlantis, Bahamas. The service was top tier, a special thanks to Tario for making the visit that much more special!

  Disappointing stay at Atlantis

  Dear Atlantis Management/Mariott, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with our recent stay at Atlantis. We have been coming to Atlantis since opening day and have spent a significant amount of time and money in the Bahamas over the years. Because of that history, we have always held Atlantis to a higher standard and expected a certain level of hospitality, cleanliness, and respect. Unfortunately, this most recent stay fell far short of those expectations. From the beginning of our stay, we experienced one problem after another. The air conditioning in our room was broken on the first day. We then had to deal with mosquitoes and bugs in the room, followed by a strong sewage smell that ultimately required us to move rooms. Having to repeatedly address issues with our accommodations made it extremely difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, the problems extended beyond our room. The property itself appeared poorly maintained, with mildew throughout the stairs and dirty carpets. These are not the types of conditions we have come to expect from a property of this caliber. What was perhaps most disappointing, however, was the attitude and level of service we received from much of the staff. Many employees appeared bothered to be there and were extremely unfriendly, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Guest Services was particularly rude and dismissive over the phone when we called regarding the issues with our room. Even after everything we experienced, the manager we spoke with did not seem genuinely apologetic or concerned about the inconveniences we had endured. There is also an automatic 15% service charge added to our bills. While we understand the purpose of a service charge, it is extremely frustrating to pay that additional fee when the service and attitudes we received were, quite frankly, subpar. We are not asking for extraordinary treatment. At the very least, we expect a smile, basic courtesy, and respect. After all of our years visiting Atlantis and spending money in the Bahamas, you would think asking for a pleasant interaction would not be equivalent to asking someone to go off to war. I do want to recognize the few employees who made a positive difference. The maids who cared for our room were wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable despite the circumstances. Our server at Cocodrilo was also exceptional. She treated us like family, was warm and attentive, and reminded us of the type of hospitality that makes people want to return. We have loved Atlantis for many years, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. We sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously. The property needs attention, but more importantly, the guest experience and culture of service need significant improvement. After being loyal guests since opening day, we expected much more from Atlantis. At this time we will not be returning to Atlantis for future stays. We intend to take our business to the BahaMar. Unfortunately, I fear many other guests will do the same and Atlantis will be no more of serious action isn’t taken by the investment companies and a Marriott that currently operate the property.   Such a Great Stay!

  We had such a great experience at The Imperial Club in Paradise Island! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everyone made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation and we made so many great memories. The kids especially loved the dolphin experience! 🐬 They had an absolute blast, and seeing how excited they were made it one of the highlights of our trip. And we have to give a BIG shoutout to Rambo at the bar! 🍹 After spending all day poolside trying to find the perfect Piña Colada, it wasn’t until later that night that Rambo finally made one—and he absolutely nailed it! He definitely knows his drinks! He also made us a complimentary drink that he created himself called the Imperial Sunset, and it was fantastic! 🌅🍹 He even made me a Bahama Mama, and honestly, his was the best Bahama Mama I had the entire trip! Rambo is definitely the bartender you want making your drinks. He was friendly, fun, and clearly takes pride in what he does. He really made our evening special! Between the clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing dolphin experience, and of course Rambo’s incredible drinks, we had an unforgettable family vacation. We left with great memories and would definitely come back! 🌴☀️🐬❤️
