The staff at this hotel are what make the hotel what it is. We had a lively stay here and a lot of that is to do with how nice the staff are. From the First Lady we met to the last bell boy when we departed, all great. Especially Roberto, who served us a few times at the buffet, what a lovely man. Pay the extra for a sea view room if you like a sunrise, it’s a great location. The lagoon view rooms get the sunset which is also nice. The pool food in the day time was our favourite food. Great Nachos, burgers, chips and wedges. We lived on them for a week they were so good - it was even our departing meal. They also have sushi. Soda and water available on tap by the pool and they have servers walking around who will bring you drinks - again, lovely staff. 10/10. I spoke to Miriam and she arranged some special amenities in our room after I’d advised her that me and girlfriend had just got engaged. Pros; Friendly staff Nice breakfast Great location Good drinks The pool food was a favourite for me Cleaners did a good job, loved the extras they did with the bed art Comfy bed Good, cold AC Almost, blackout blinds Cons; Room doors could do with sound proofing, we had a room by the lift, so we probably noticed the noise level more with people talking, especially early in the morning or late at night. (And a lot of Americans stay here) We had booked and paid extra for a jacuzzi room and it was quite overlooked The balcony furniture and hot tub were covered in paint splatters - we were still able to enjoy them The buffet food tends to be quite representative even when they have themed nights Evening shows were short and sweet, the DJ afterward was very random. They need to create more of a bar atmosphere instead of a DJ in a waiting room vibe. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and wouldn’t mind visiting again.

I had a wonderful time playing Blackjack and making bracelets with Alejandra. There are so many activities to do. The vibes are so chill. Love it!

Enjoyed having drinks at the at Ventos at the Caribe! Ruben is an amazing bartender! One of the best. He knows what's he's doing! He can make just about any drink you may want! ❤️

Ruben is the best bartender ever!!! Love the Caribe bar at royal solaris so much. Great service and great drinks!!!!! Such a fun place to hang out.
