    Air-conditioned, A la carte restaurant serving four weekly international menus (Italian, International, French and Innovation menu). Dress code enforced and no reservations needed.

    One of our best vacations

    Our vacation was fabulous . The staff and resort were so accommodating and made our stay one of the best vacations we have had. Ross and Claudia definitely get a 5 Star review. Ross made sure every need was met and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable . Claudia had our room decorated beautifully for our anniversary and it meant more than she knows. Mayra, the waitress by the pool was magnificent . She works so hard to please everyone . Tomas and Mateo and Wenceslao , waiters in the restaurants were also awesome ! Andres in the office made sure he checked in with us every morning. The food was also very good . David Mtz in the office was amazing as well. He made sure we had a fabulous room. I wish I knew more of the staffs names to acknowledge them. Next time I stay I will be sure to get those names as well. It’s important to let people know when they are doing a great job and are appreciated .

    Sports Bar

    We had the best experience at this resort, especially at the new sports bar. Auri and Luis were the best servers. They were exceptional with their service, hospitality, and overall we enjoyed their company. We shared lots of laughs and stories. We will definitely be back!

    Auri and Luis are the best!

    First time being here since the sports club opened. Auri and Luis were the most amazing people ever. Been a member for 8 years now and the service is always outstanding but they took service to a whole other level. Thanks for making this trip extra special Auri and Luis. Keep being amazing!!!

    Great spa experience

    Always a great experience. Great messages with Gvelio and Yune in the spa! The couples message was amazing! We love the royal Solaris and have been members for 10+ years.

    Our home away from home!

    We are presidential members since 2019 and since then we visit Royal Solaris Cancun twice a year and we always have an amazing experience! Our special thanks to Tello! He is an amazing waiter he always made sure we were taken care at every meal. ! He truly deserves a raise! And, Ross the personal butler for presidential members took care all of our needs amazingly! Also, Maggi Castro from the entertainment team! She is fantastic! These employees are true assets to the company! And, worth keeping them! Thanks Royal Solaris team! -Family Vazquez-Kessel
