Advisory There is an environmental sanitation tax for hotels in Cancun. The fee is $1 USD per hotel room, per night for every tourist that stays overnight in the municipality of Benito Juarez. This tax must be paid at the check-in.

    We might be back because of FABION

    I am only writing this because of one person who is very hard working, manager, works as a waiter too excellent customer service very friendly pleasant person to talk to very helpful respectful all the best very proud this is how customer service should be just like FABION…. One day if we return we will return because of him that is FABION from Marco Polo. FABION thank you very much for everything!!! I would like someone to pass this to him and just say NEW YORK and he will know! We are looking forward seeing you again! Again thank you for doing great at all times! FABION deserves a good pay raise!

    Kids club terrible👎

    The girl Mariana from the kids club terrible attention canceling activities for the kids why!!?? So bad!!without giving any clear explanation or a pleasant ttreatment, the place is not fun! because they do nothing, all the time we were observing the place it needs more coordination, the two girls who do activities suleica and bianca are more friendly with all the children of the place

    Amazing

    Carlos was very helpful and friendly. He was the best server that we had on the trip and took very good care of us. Always checking up on us making sure we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend his service to anyone coming here.

    Best ever Service

    Our room is always amazing and workers are amazing Kalimba in Members bar and Cecelio and Cecelia are all amazing. Keep up the good work... We had so many people who remember us every time we come.. its so so amazing the workers here are the best
