    An awesome stay

    I stayed here with my daughter as an all inclusive package for a week and we had a blast. It was clean with so many food options. We did not find any issues with food, in fact the staff goes out of they way to make you feel welcome. After a couple of days they always remembered us and that we liked window seats at the buffet! They brought us beautiful desserts on our last day. We tried the Japanese restaurant twice and loved it. They had live music and performance in the restaurant. The shows were awesome! The pools were great! My daughter was a bit older for the kids club but still spend good amount of time there, the staff tailored a few activities for her. They had an awesome foam party one day. The pool side pizza, sushi, burgers and nachos are convenient and fairly good tasting. One day they had a taco fiesta. The drinks are great too, I rarely had to wait long. We would def go back.

    Víctor de Solha was a great help with our stay, helped us with our dinner reservations. Was on top of our needs, helped facilitate communication with our tour planner. Ask for him next time you visit the hotel you won’t be disappointed.
