  A Memorable Holiday Experience with Exceptional Service

  Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the Royal Solaris Resort over the Thanksgiving holiday. Despite the resort being busy during this peak season, the staff maintained exceptional service, ensuring that we felt well cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the level of support and attention provided by the resort staff. Our concierge, Antuan, was particularly helpful, assisting us with various needs and making our experience seamless. The servers at the restaurants were attentive and friendly, contributing significantly to the special feeling of our visit. Breakfast at the resort was a daily treat, especially with the stunning view of the ocean. It was the perfect way to start each day. We went fishing and caught fresh fish, which the restaurant staff prepared for us. Miguel, one of the chefs, made his special ceviche with our catch, and it was absolutely delicious—a true highlight of our culinary experiences at Royal Solaris. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our family's needs. Housekeeping was diligent and kept our rooms in great shape throughout the stay. They added a thoughtful touch by creating special towel arrangements for my niece, which she found adorable and memorable. The resort itself was beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and inviting common areas. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. We spent some time watching American Football in the Lobby and Jimena was always sure to check on us to see if we needed any drinks. Overall, our Thanksgiving vacation at Royal Solaris was fantastic. From the outstanding hospitality to the beautiful setting and delicious food, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Royal Solaris for families looking for a memorable holiday getaway with top-notch service.

  Solaris Royal

  Everyone here is very nice and the facility is well maintained. The beach is awesome and if you’re looking for a little party the guys on the beach will hook it up.

  Best bell hops in the business.

  Alberto, Alvin and Omar are by the best bell men of all time! Every time we come and go they are so welcoming and make us feel like family! If we have any questions on where to go or what to do they are full of ideas and so helpful. Even just in passing they ask how we are doing and if we need anything (with a smile!) We love them, and they are the first people to welcome us every year! ❤️

  Our time at Panchos

  We had a very good meal at Panchos and Ishmael was amazing! He was very efficient and organized and was a great waiter. He made us amazing Mexican coffees and went the extra mile. Thank you Ishmael for a great experience!

  Girls getaway

  The Royal is a very nice resort—perfect if you're looking for relaxation and a quiet atmosphere. The buffet was decent, with a different theme each day, though the overall selection felt a bit limited. I highly recommend booking reservations for the specialty restaurants in advance (preferably before arrival) through the app. We weren’t able to try them since everything was booked by the time we got there. The location is great—within walking distance to a few restaurants and the local downtown markets A special shout-out to Fer, who was exceptional—very personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She assisted us with booking our excursion and even ensured we received a bottle of champagne to celebrate our birthday. Her thoughtful service truly made our stay memorable.
