Aug 24, 2026Don't go here looking for fun
Beach was the best I have ever been too, pool was good but dirty most of the time , Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Sebastian Really tries to keep the crowd entertained but I feel he lacks support or a budget for entertainment from the management. Nightly shows were the same people for seven nights just singing different songs and different costumes from 8pm-845pm. This resort lacks in any entertainment for kids over 5 years old and adults. The four pool games in a week that lasted 15 minutes were ok . Anyone who won got a cheap hat . This resort really caters to locals so if you speak English good luck. Alejandro was awesome at the bar and delivered great service. Bars shut down at 6 pm leaving only the lobby bay open. There is only one beer choice, Marco Polo was great, ponchos beef was like rubber. The buffet is like a old school cafeteria lots of casseroles or "slop" I called it. Most of the time the buffet was out of most things . Please don't expect bacon or anything for breakfast but lots of nachos. Mini bar in the room was stocked with 3 drinks if i asked for four people. Food is the worst i had in Mexico in my nine times there . I'm Not one to be negative but warning others to stay clear

We had a wonderful time at Royal Solaris Los Cabos! One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the activities. The Zumba classes were so much fun and a great way to start the day with energy. The Tequila Volleyball was also an amazing experience lots of laughs, great music, and a fantastic atmosphere. A special thanks to Dayana and Maxin from the entertainment team for making the activities even more fun and for keeping everyone entertained and involved. They were both very friendly, energetic, and welcoming, and they really helped make our stay more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the snack area which was perfect for grabbing something delicious between activities.

Socoro was excellent in the members bar, took care of my family all week. Ramone was also fantastic always checking on us. The food was hit and miss. Some dishes were fantastic, others were lacking. The service around the pool was excellent. The AC in our room wasn’t fantastic - struggled to keep the temp below 25 - but the room was still sleepable. Overall still a fantastic experience with the family

Amazing!
Amazing. Sally and Mayra cooked the fish that we caught the previous day and it was the best ceviche and blackened fish that I have ever had. Sally’s cooking is delicious!
