Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds ($300 USD).
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Dec 10, 2024Dinner at resort restaurant Marco Polo.
When we arrived the hostess Estefania was very friendly and welcoming. There had been a mistake on our reservation, but she quickly addressed it and we were promptly seated. Our waiter Isidro, was very professional and gave us personal attention. Throughout the night, Captain Caro made sure that we were well taken care of. At the end of the night all three helped us to celebrate our special occasion. It was a great evening!

Returned after 5 year lockdown and with the wait
Omar is the greatest staff here and incredibly handsome 😍 Alberto is also the greatest and Omar's coworker. Without these 2 your arrival will not be the same The other staff are also lovely with special mention for the food service staff and always striving to do the best!!! Book your vacation today

Best customer service
The customer service was fantastic service all the workers did great job. We love this place. We don’t wanna go back. He’s calling Home, but time is over until next time Solar you have the best people take care of all them. Love you guys. Omar is the best Belman baby.

Perfect for families!
This is a great place for families! We spent the majority of our time in the kids area and the kids club staff was wonderful! Our kids made crafts daily, participating in activities and loved the water slide! It is what you can expect for an all inclusive that is great for families, they make vacation easy!
