Lovely experience at the lobby bar with Enriqueta and Alejandro. Super friendly and helpful. Always a smile and even ran to another bar to make my drink request. We had a day and a half of rain so we kept them busy and they were unfailingly pleasant. They made a rainy beach day better

Loved Royal Solaris Los Cabo’s! Amazing service—Alberto (bellboy), Chef Cecilia at Panchos, Marivic at front desk, and Ramon & Guillermo at the pool bar! Great food, drinks & family vibe. Traveled w/ grandma—felt cared for!

Great property & staff
Great staff, service & property. Best elevators EVER! Max wait 15 sec's. Only resort I have ever been where EVERY washroom always was clean & had full soap, TP & paper towels. Special mention to our excellent room cleaners, breakfast server Jacob Jonathan, & pool server Rahambro. The later 2 were absolutely excellent & fully attention in advance. Only negative was time limited in room AC (9 1/2 mins max so had to constantly turn on overnight. Otherwise, bloody excellent.

A Memorable Holiday Experience with Exceptional Service
Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation at the Royal Solaris Resort over the Thanksgiving holiday. Despite the resort being busy during this peak season, the staff maintained exceptional service, ensuring that we felt well cared for throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the level of support and attention provided by the resort staff. Our concierge, Antuan, was particularly helpful, assisting us with various needs and making our experience seamless. The servers at the restaurants were attentive and friendly, contributing significantly to the special feeling of our visit. Breakfast at the resort was a daily treat, especially with the stunning view of the ocean. It was the perfect way to start each day. We went fishing and caught fresh fish, which the restaurant staff prepared for us. Miguel, one of the chefs, made his special ceviche with our catch, and it was absolutely delicious—a true highlight of our culinary experiences at Royal Solaris. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our family's needs. Housekeeping was diligent and kept our rooms in great shape throughout the stay. They added a thoughtful touch by creating special towel arrangements for my niece, which she found adorable and memorable. The resort itself was beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and inviting common areas. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, making us feel welcome and valued as guests. We spent some time watching American Football in the Lobby and Jimena was always sure to check on us to see if we needed any drinks. Overall, our Thanksgiving vacation at Royal Solaris was fantastic. From the outstanding hospitality to the beautiful setting and delicious food, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Royal Solaris for families looking for a memorable holiday getaway with top-notch service.
