Nov 06, 2025I doubt that I will be returning to your hotel
I reserved 6 luxury suites at a rate of $1568 plus a deposit of $200. When I check out of the hotel they changed my card $1768.They told me I would receive a $200 credit to my charge card.That was 2 months ago.Although I’ve call the hotel a numerous amount of times about this issue I have yet to receive my refund. Speaking of contacting the hotel.I have been given at least 4 different telephone numbers. I’ve called all of them and either they don’t work or l’m transferred to another number by the person that does answer.The reservation number works some what.Before you make a reservation I challenge the reader to call someone of the numbers that they give you Out of 6 rooms that I rented 3 had roaches.When we complained they gave us bug spray. The hotel provides free transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, however you have to wait for other guests to arrive before the bus leaves the airport.I paid for and reserved a private bus to transport my family from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.The transportation company that the hotel provided me was called Nexus.When 2 of my family member had to change their return trip.The hotel and Nexus refused to provide them free transportation to the airport.You can speak to the hotel rep “ELVES” who helped or really didn’t help to resolve the issue. If it weren’t for the great butler service that was provided with our room rate I would give this hotel a “ZERO” rating .

Our butler Jorge was a big part of making our family vacation memorable !! He took the time to visit us in person everyday to make sure we had a great day . His attitude was perfect .

This was our second family vacation to the Royalton Bavaro in the past two years. We got extremely lucky with the weather. The beach and grounds were well maintained. The staff was exceptional, especially the butler service we received with the Diamond Club upgrade was incomparable thanks to Jorge Mata. Jorge made sure our family had everything we needed and checked in with us daily to see how else he could make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Diamond Club upgrade. If possible, please request Jorge. You won’t be disappointed.

Poolside Excellence at the Diamond Club
Oct 29 - Nov 5, 2025 Arrived, and had a smooth check-in process. We had time to go for a swim and enjoy our day for a few hours, prior to dinner. At the Diamond Club pool, we had service from Gheidy, who went above and beyond. Whether it was food or drinks, or making our little girl laugh, she was always available. She made vacation a truly remarkable experience. Drinks were always refilled, when needed towels were obtained. It was relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing Resort
Had a amazing time at this resort , jesus our butler in diamond club was brilliant he went above and beyond for us always there for us whatever we needed. The staff were so accommodating. The entertainment day and night were very good. The food was delicious in all restaurants great choices everywhere. It was very clean , loved the pools especially our own pool and the lazy river . We will definitely be back in the future. Would recommend to come to this resort you will love it.
