Oct 04, 2026💯
The view from my room was amazing. It’s very breezy and very quiet. Service was 10/10 and I must give the butler his flowers! Thank you sooo much Albert for the wonderful service throughout my stay, it’s greatly appreciated. I must say I’ll be back next year!

Wedding in paradise ( journey to Joseph)
Chose this hotel for our wedding and everything went smooth all the staff was friendly and two that really stood out ismary and Albert. Ismary was wonderful she understood exactly what we wanted our wedding to be like and she executed it perfectly. Our butler Albert was amazing. Flawless. He very responsive, very attentive maximum service. We decided to come back next year instead of going to Bahamas for anniversary.

Special All Inclusive in the Dominican Republic
Fantastic beach, restaurants, entertainment. Exciting sports bar (love watching football outdoors in January). My wife wasn’t thrilled at first about going to an all inclusive resort but by the end of our week she was a big fan. The lazy river in the resort was a treat.

Oct 03, 2026Upgrade to Diamond if you plan a vacation.
Our experience was ok overall on the resort. Our butler Albert was 5 Stars! He made the whole experience the reason why we are giving the stay 4 stars overall. The food was a tough point. The restaurants served slow and the food portions were small and so by the time you were done eating, you would need to go to buffet. If it wasn't for the upgrade to diamond, this resort would lack a lot of basic amenities we are used to on other all inclusive resorts. During the day it was disappointing that there were times of day that no food was being served except the diamond club. All the staff was very friendly. Our beds were exceptionally comfortable and we liked having the space in our suite.
- AdvisoryFrom this week through November 2, 2026, enhancements will take place progressively within select accommodation areas. Work will be completed in phases, with affected rooms temporarily removed from inventory during their respective periods. Guests will therefore be accommodated away from the areas undergoing enhancements, helping minimize visibility and potential inconvenience.
