Great experience the class was extremely hard but great. I felt like I lost ten pounds. He was very patient with me especially having knee problems.

Antigua Bootcamp Fit
Daniel and Eliena is a great boot camp teacher and I enjoyed the hotel. The activities are cool. The team members are very attentive.

Amazing!
We came here in November 2025 for 10 days and we honestly had a ball! Yes service can be a bit slow but that’s not the staffs fault. Upper management clearly have an issue with staff retention but for a new hotel that’s expected. All the staff we met were absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Diane and Courtney at the pool bar and to the animation team especially Sy! They were excellent and kept us all laughing. They put on so many fun events and there is something for everyone. The food was classic AI and we found something to eat without issues. It’s not going to be Michelin star dining! The drinks were brilliant and Chantelle at guest services was super attentive whenever we spoke. I think the terrible reviews are not justified at all. If there are no towels then ask? Simple! This hotel and staff do not deserve the reviews they are getting and I would 1000% recommend Antuiga and this hotel! Thank you for the best time 😃

Antigua with Friends Nov 22-29th
We recently stayed here mid November traveled with another couple . I have to question what guests idea of an AI is? Ignoring the bad reviews we booked. When reading a negative review I check the amount of reviews they have written. Usually but not always its their first review even though they state they have traveled extensively . Something that makes me go hmmm. Some like the attention and will post on other forums continually bashing a property . NEVER cancel a vacation on the advice of a stranger. We are very well traveled starting in our 20s continuing into our 60s . So let's start This was our fourth visit to the lovely island of Antigua . Previously staying at ST James CLUB, Pineapple Beach and last year The Royalton on Deep Bay. So we had those to compare CHIC to. It was by far the best comparing it to the others for different reasons. We flew West Jet out of YYZ early afternoon flight and arrived in Antigua around 6-630 ish. Flight was uneventful arrival a mess . Because we book full packages here in Canada all is included transfer company was a disaster arrived early but took forever to get everyone on their transfer vans. Arriving at CHIC we had booked diamond club so had our private check in. Because of the night arrival time we did not meet our Butlers until the next day. Weather amazing all week one missed sunset due to cloud and sprinkles. No Towel game on . I looked out at around 8:30 am and most empty. Food 7/10 This has been widely discussed . This is an AI ,what exactly are you expecting ?We never walked out, booked a restaurant etc. We ate at all the ALA Cartes . So if you are eating at the Steak house do you really think you are going to get prime steak ??? They forgot our mains one night at but we were busy talking and enjoying the evening not a reason to rant that could happen at home. Italian was good I ate the mushroom risotto one night and the Lasagne another this is not your Nonnas recipe but no complaints. Book Pescari the best Sushi I have had at an AI. We enjoy a dirty martini on vaca and they actually had proper glasses. They made them the way we like them ! The animation staff works tirelessly to make sure the guests are enjoying their holiday night shows, pool activities , morning yoga .So much to keep you busy if that's what you are after. OK full confession and not ashamed to admit it. We bring our own wine from home for dinners so yes we are wine snobs .We enjoy a nice bottle with dinner. Not going to bash resort wine it is what it is. Room Diamond Club 4th floor a nice view full Ocean Front. Housekeeping was on point. Never had to ask for anything . Water temp consistent. BEACH 5* better than the previous resorts we have been to . An amazing stretch to walk. Water temp perfect a little challenging for this senior to get out of but the drop at The Royalton AN was worse. Sargassum no control we had 1 day of it rearing its ugly head, it was minimal. We did day tour which we have done on previous trips . Stopping again at FRYES beach I think my favourite .We have done Shirley Heights on Thursday and Sunday same experience less crowded Thursday we did not go this time. In closing the STAFF are amazing here .

We will be back
We had an incredible experience at this hotel. I’m not sure about the bad reviews. We didn’t see any of that only thing I can say is that most of these resorts if you’re expecting outstanding food you’re probably not gonna be impressed. However, the food is good. Staff is incredible. Clean safe.
