  Amazing customer service by Chanel Abbott

  The rooms are fantastically well kept and the maids that do the rooms really care about their jobs. As owner and president of a law firm I need to discuss a particular person that's actually came out from behind the desk you will never see her in the front desk you will not see her at a restaurant. Her name is Chanel Abbott BlueLine Manager. I happened to meet her while she was on break and she was passing by she overheard my conversation that on my last night and I wanted to go to the steakhouse with my wife but the cut off time for reservations was 3:00 p.m. and it was now 4:00 p.m. I was very disappointed. Again this is not her job she said to me you know what I always keep one reservation back for emergencies in case we have a customer with a specific situation I personally keep a reservation back and you can have the reservation I'm holding. WHAT !!!! Now this is customer service this is the reason why nobody else cared she came from the back of the front desk where nobody knows her nobody sees her and did something front that should be doing something management should be doing something the staff should be doing it was not her job. She was just doing something very kind for a guest I asked her why are you doing this and you know what she told me? I took this job to give excellent customer service and I love the hotel industry and I'm here to make customers happy and sometimes I'm too generous and too nice and maybe that's why they don't want me at the front desk . LOL LOL I have a very good heart and I care for my customers ! This beautiful classy articulate well-spoken lady is sitting in the back behind the front desk in the back on the switchboard when she should be the front face of your company. She's better spoken and more articulate a more polite with a beautiful smile at all times than most people at front desk but yet you have her sitting in the back answering the phones. As the owner of a law firm I'm suggesting to management that you really reevaluate her role with your company and put her in the front line I will promise you this you will have no problems with any customers in fact they will go away with a smile and being very satisfied. I am so stunned that you have someone to articulate well-spoken well traveled in and outside the country that you have a sitting answering phones when she should be at front desk or in management you need to have a look at this young lady again because she is the only reason my wife are coming back. Trust me it's not the service and it's not the food is this classy polite employee who actually cares actually cares about her yes yes and again I strongly suggest you remove her from the phone lines in the back and bring it to the front and when you see how well she speaks and a beautiful smile she has when she looks at you you'll see that guests will be satisfied with the outcome because she will always find a way to make her guess happy and that's what she told me...   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS — THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!

  Don’t be put off by negative reviews — this place is incredible! Only come here if you love to party and have the absolute best time! 🎉 The food was outstanding — so many restaurant options, incredible quality and variety for every taste. There was always something fun going on, with different activities and live entertainment every single day — never a dull moment! I spent hours in the spa and had the most amazing treatments — pure bliss. 💆‍♀️ thank you to my spa girlies - Rinique,Jennifer,Awilda and Monique! And I was so happy to find there’s a nightclub on-site — that was the absolute highlight! 🎶 Beach volleyball was so much fun, and the foam party? Hands down the BEST experience ever! 🫧 I loved it so much I’ve already booked to come back next year! 💯 This is honestly the best place ever! A massive thank you to Kavisha and Chantelle — they were so attentive, friendly, and provided top-tier personal care throughout my entire stay. You made my trip extra special! ❤️

  Great Aquacise with Andre.

  Join Andre's Aquacise class a few days ago and really enjoyed it. He has a great personality and kept everyone involved from start to finish. A really nice way to spend some time in the pool!

  Believe the negative reviews! Beautiful Location, But Extremely Disappointing All-Inclusive Experience I really wanted to love Royalton CHIC Antigua, especially because Antigua itself is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the experience at the resort was incredibly disappointing and, honestly, left me feeling like I was scammed for what I paid. The biggest issue was the lack of food and extremely poor service. The resort seemed to run out of food on a daily basis, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. There were multiple occasions when food simply wasn’t available, and we ultimately went to bed hungry almost every night because there were no reasonable options left. Room service was just as frustrating. We ordered room service twice, and on both occasions, our food never arrived at our room. There was little to no communication, and the overall service throughout the resort was extremely slow—or nonexistent at times. For the price of an all-inclusive vacation, I expect basic things like having food available and receiving the services I paid for. That said, Antigua itself is gorgeous, and the resort does have some positives. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, but the beach is by far the best part of the property. The beach area is stunning and provides the beautiful Caribbean experience I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the beautiful location and beach weren’t enough to overcome the major issues with food and service. An all-inclusive resort should not have guests regularly wondering where their next meal is coming from. I would strongly encourage management to address the food availability, staffing, communication, and overall level of service. Beautiful island. Beautiful beach. But the resort experience was not worth the money I spent. Oh and all of the food seemed to be frozen before being served. There was nothing that appeared to be cooked fresh other than the jerk chicken that ran out by noon each day. So disappointed!
