Overall stay was good, best part was the restaurants and bars especially the pool bar Oskar and Donis took it over the top with fast service and great hospitality.

My first time at Chic Cancun we had a great time. The food was good with a great selection, the rooms were beautiful. The beach will take your breath away. We celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday our butler Marisol was fabulous and on top of everything every day . We highly recommend this resort, we will be back in 2027 for another great experience.

Everything was great Met great people The staff was amazing Maybe only slightly neg thing is the Italian food restaurant but maybe it was what I ate and the diamond club is a must especially for drinks I was a regular guest there for one day and the drinks were not as great but overall amazing!!!
