    Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! All of the workers were so kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Kuri was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond for us every day/night of our stay. I will be returning just to see him! The resort was very clean and always had something to do! The views were amazing, service was great, atmosphere was great, and rooms were so nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

    Unparalleled resort .

    Royalton Chic Cancun Resort is truly an amazing destination! The rooms offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, making every moment feel like paradise. The staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous, always going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is excellent — every meal was a delight. Seeing is believing — you have to experience this resort yourself to truly appreciate the outstanding quality and service it provides. Highly recommended!

    Enjoyable but wouldn't necessarily return

    The highlight of this establishment is for sure their wait staff & butler program. Sandra was OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. She kept us informed, updated, and timely. She made our reservations and was overall totally lovely. HIGHLY suggest upgrading to the diamond club. The beach was great- the beach staff outstanding. The beachside food and drink service was good- the beachside food along with the Mexican restaurant & breakfast buffet were the best food options. In addition to Sandra being totally wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The common areas and restaurants were lack luster at best. The Italian restaurant, pizza window, and steakhouse are very bad. The steak options came out gray and uncooked. The floors in the lobby and upstairs are insanely slippery and when a hundred drunk people with sandy feet walk all over the place, they get dangerous. Lastly, we witnessed a medical emergency & the resort response was absolutely unacceptable.

    Best place ever!

    Arthuro and Marisol were the best butlers by far! Entertainment and food were amazing! It’s the best mix in between of a party and relaxing hotel 10/10 would recommend

    Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Relaxing Vibe

    We had a very pleasant stay at the Royalton Chic Cancun. The resort is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a great atmosphere. Sandra, our butler, was exceptional — attentive, professional, and very attractive — she truly elevated our experience. The Vespa and Steakhouse restaurants were both decent; food quality was good though not outstanding. A special mention goes to Gloria, who led wonderful Pilates and yoga classes — her energy and professionalism made each session a great start to the day. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add more variety of evening activities and to create a more intimate, cozy ambiance in the third-floor table lounge area. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
