My stay at this all-inclusive resort was absolutely amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to my incredible butlers, Ricardo and Gary. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed, pampered, and completely taken care of. Ricardo was attentive, warm, and always one step ahead—whether it was making dinner reservations, ensuring my room was perfectly set up, or surprising me with thoughtful touches throughout my stay. Gary was equally exceptional, always professional, kind, and ready to accommodate any request with a smile. Together, they made my experience stress-free and luxurious. This was more than just a vacation—it was a truly personalized and relaxing getaway. I can't thank Ricardo and Gary enough for their hospitality and dedication. If you're lucky enough to have them as your butlers, you're in for a treat! Highly recommend this resort—and especially Ricardo and Gary!

Sandra and Omar are amazing.
Sandra and Omar were amazing. They got us all the reservations we wanted with ease. They were always one text away. They did their jobs with kindness and enthusiasm. I would definitely recommend requesting Sandra and Omar when you visit the Royalton Chic.

Can't wait to return!
The service is top notch! Sandra and Omar were our butlers and went above and beyond for us. Alexa and Eber at the DC pool bar were amazing! We enjoyed the entertainment and you will not go hungry here! The buffet was amazing and has multiple cook to order stations. We can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend Diamond club!!
My husband and came to Royalton Chic Cancun in December 2023 with my in-laws and had such a great time that we decided to go back in May 2025 with a group of 12 family members. We had sooo much fun and our Diamond club experience was amazing once again. We were happy to have our butler Sandra from our first stay again, and then Omar who helped take care of the entire family to make sure we had dinner reservations every night as well as any other things we needed. We also did a family photo shoot which they arranged as well. Sooo much fun and highly recommend this all inclusive Resort that is part of the Bonvoy Marriot Family

Great hotel resort
This was our third visit, and as always, the food and service were excellent. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Our butlers, Marisol and Gilbert, went above and beyond once again to make our stay special—they never disappoint! Diego with the Vine team was awesome!
