We visited the Royalton Punta Cana for the second time as a family (our first repeat vacation ever!). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend diamond club, Oscar, Maria, Jose Louis, Renfingo at the beach all made for a very accommodating and wonderful stay. Our butler Ceasar did a fantastic job of coordinating food allergies, making reservations, and ensuring the everything went smoothly for the week. The beach was clean, and the splash park was perfect for the kids. A wonderful trip overall!

Memorable Wedding Experience
We went as part of a wedding group as I was the bride getting married. The wedding planner Luis made my day very easy, special and I was blown away by the decor, flower arrangements and care put into everything. Our butler, Noraya, went above in beyond in helping us arrange dinners for our wedding group and even took on some others in the wedding group to assist them. We had a few issues due to our agents miscommunication with the resort but Noraya immediately helped us out and solved all our issues. We were even offered an upgraded dinner at the Hideaway restaurant the day after our wedding. The staff at the resort were all friendly, food options and restaurants were amazing and overall we were happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, resorts and the beach area was awesome. Thanks for making my wedding experience such a beautiful and memorable time!

Absolutely loved our swim out room in Bldg #5 of the Diamond Club! Close to all amenities! Vibe was immaculate! Be sure to request Romeo as your butler; this guy is top notch!

December Trip
Great Experience. Cesar, our butler, was fantastic. He showed us around the resort, booked all our dinners for us, and was always around if we had any questions! Hunter Steakhouse was best restaurant. Flank steak and onion rings were great. Good beach too!
