The hotel was a fun vibrant place- first thing you see is a huge Christmas tree overlooking the ocean and palm trees. Check in was easy - we were greet and whisked over to the diamond club for check in and to be introduced to our butler. Nestor was fantastic? Always Ted to find an answer . Luis when he came back from days off came and found us to introduce himself . Diamond club was worth the charge - dedicated pools and beach area was awesome. The pool bar staff were always on hand with a drink or to get loungers ready..

Fantastic redort in Riviera Cancun Mexico.
Resort located in Riviera Cancun Mexico. Beautiful beach, many palm trees, white sand. Resort has many pools, some restricted to adults. Specialty restaurants on site (8) served great food. Large and complete buffet available all the time. We were in Hideaway section of hotel: our butlers (Cesar and Marlon) were fantastic, taking care of any needs or request for services. Room was large and modern. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a tremendous resort with very attentive staff.

Diamond club butler service!
We started our stay on opening day in the Hideaway and it was beautiful. The resort was clean and welcoming but the biggest thing I cannot say enough good about is the butler service. Our group had 3 butler teams who all looked after us. I had Julio and Enrique and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to enjoy my stay after an unfortunate accident while on an excursion outside the resort. They helped coordinate with the doctor service and checked in on me several times while I was at the hospital. When I got back to the resort they helped ensure I could still enjoy the rest of my vacation. Absolutely superb service and genuine compassion!

Kids club is the best!
We had the best experience here at this resort. It was our second time. This year our daughter was old enough to attend the kids club and it was amazing. Our daughter asked to go there every day! They took such great care and made the trip exceptional! We are so grateful! It helped us be able to sneak some relaxation in too! Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic resort, newly renovated, definitely 5 ⭐️. All the staff at the resort are polite and helpful. From the cleaner, to the animation team. Food was also great with lots of choice at the buffet, and the à la carte restaurants serving delicious food also. There is a coffee shop on site which serves a great selection of drinks, pastries, sandwiches and Ice creams. We were lucky to be able to take advantage of the butler set for a few days, Oscar and Carlos were on had to sort anything from sorting out restaurant booking to sourcing a needle and thread!
