Overall a good experience with service and room we rated excellent but food we rated mediocre.. A special shoutout to our 2 butlers Carlos and Ulises who were amazing and took great care of all our needs

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. The butler (Oscar & Nassar) service was excellent—attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable throughout my visit. Every detail of the experience reflected a high level of care and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a clean, welcoming environment.

Wedding
I hosted my wedding at the resort on the beach and it was beautiful. Paola was my wedding coordinator and she addressed all our concerns and planned everything beautifully.

Just checked in 3 adults and we were suppose to have 2 beds and only have one. They said they are working on it but very frustrating. Not sure if they can do anything tell Friday or Sunday. Still here tell the 11th.☹️ hopefully I can change my rating depends on what they can do.
