* Fees may apply
Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun, An Autograph Collection - All Inclusive is a modern property in the popular vacation hotspot of Riviera Cancun. This new-generation all-inclusive resort offers discerning travelers a family-friendly vacation experience, where guests of all ages are entertained from morning to night.
Families will love the enormous on-site splash park, supervised kids and teen clubs and non-motorized water sports, perfect for days spent making unforgettable memories together.

Water park – As previously shared, our Water Park continues to operate seamlessly, boasting an array of 13 monster slides, four splash pad slides, two lazy rivers, and a range of pool amenities. The response from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive. Due to external factors, particularly unusual weather conditions in the region, the completion of the final monster water slide has experienced a necessary extension. To address this, we have proactively rescheduled its availability for our mutual clients to October 15th.

Oct 08, 2026Excellent Butler, Horrible Resort
The overall trip was awful! Will NOT return to this resort and will NOT recommend this resort. Our DC Butler Enrique was the ONLY good part of the trip. Enrique is amazing! He completed our requests and went above and beyond! He exceeded our expectations in all areas! This resort lies, the beach is awful and unable to be used. We were lied to regarding our upgrade. We are DC, Prime members and still treated horrible. Our upgrade was for a 2BR suite but we were given a family room that was actually 2 regular rooms with a connecting door. Building 19 is awful, our first room AC did not work. We had to report many times it was broken and complain many times, the next morning Enrique helped us get a new room. After moving in new room, it flooded. Which was another problem we had to deal with. We spent more time with the problems than we were able to spend enjoying vacation. Again, NEVER will we return and will NOT recommend to anyone, and will NOT leave good reviews for Royalton Splash. We highly recommend Enrique and love having him. He and Jocelyn in guest services surprised my husband for me! So thankful to them for that! Other Butlers, Ivan was ok. He was rude when we met and not very attentive like Enrique is. - Andres we do not recommend, he ignores our messages/requests. - Don we never met. - Iran not attentive!

Ready to go home!
Our butler Enrique was outstanding and my review isn’t based on his service whatsoever. We come on vacation to enjoy the beach which was not an option here!!! The seaweed was the worst that I’ve ever seen at a resort ever and kept not only us but anyone from enjoying the water! After speaking with multiple employees at the resort, they stated that during the 3-4 years that they have worked here, they have seen the beach free of seaweed only 4-5 times!!! Also, we upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite upon arrival and we ended up being charged for multiple rooms! The front desk service said that we had the additional charge because we pre selected our first diamond class room so we were automatically locked into that room and had to pay that cost along with the upgrade room! This MISTAKE ended up overcharging my credit card and locking it out! The front desk simply said that the upgrade to the 2 bedroom was the $4470 on top of the $3800 we were being charged for the 1 bedroom suite we originally booked! Saying that the $8000+ was what that room would be for 5 nights 6 day stay! After showing the MANAGER that when we (and her as well) looked up that room for the current day it was $5000 for the same amount of days they still said that we would be responsible for the other $3800 cost!!! After an exhausting debate with management and waiting another 2 days to see if the charges would be refunded, we finally had the $ refunded to my card!!! This ruined several hours even days of our vacation!!! Also, there were multiple issues with our room (a/c and floor flooding) along with multiple times workers would completely ignore us!!! Not only us but every single person that is on vacation is doing so to enjoy themselves, relax and have fun. Stop having workers/companies (whoever it is) hound everyone to but something!!! Whether it’s excursions, pictures… whatever, it’s annoying!!!! Needless to say we will never be returning to Royalton splash EVER AGAIN!!!

Oct 08, 2026My Family’s Experience at Royalton
The experience here has been more stressful than relaxation due to the numerous complications that have occurred and the time taken away from my family to truly enjoy themselves on vacation. Instead, we had to spend 10+ hours correcting billing issues that were charging us almost $4000 over what we were suppose to pay and purchasing a prime package. We were constantly hounded around the resort to book excursions… in 5 hours alone, we have had 6 people come up to us asking us to book spa treatments and excursions. It gets annoying having to repeatedly say no. The beach was disgusting. I felt completely blindsided by the state of the ocean. It was not possible to enjoy it due to all of the seaweed. We learned from an employee that this is typical year round and that they only have seen the beach here clear maybe 6 times in the last 3 years. No where on the website was this properly conveyed. A beach resort without a beach to enjoy properly? Awful. We had to move rooms due to the A/C issues and the new rooms still had issues with cooling properly. Enrique was the BEST!! He was attentive, kind, and quick to assist us with our requests. He should be the trainer for new butlers because he performs at the level you’d expect from a high class resort. The other butlers were dismissive and sometimes took 30mins+ to respond to requests. Enrique should retrain them. Room service was subpar. They did not listen to what we had requested by either bringing something we did not order or completely forgetting the items all together.
