Mar 15, 2025First Family Trip - I’d recommend this place to anyone!
After reading so many negative comments and reviews I was so anxious heading into our trip. I am so glad to say we truly had the best week and would recommend this resort to anyone. We did the Diamond Club and I am grateful we did, as it provided us a more quiet pool area, and lots of perks and care throughout. I would say the upgrade is worth it after speaking with some who didn’t. Carolina and Dario (our butlers) went above and beyond to make our trip so special, and help us with anything we needed. The food was better than I expected, and the resort entertainment and activities are second to none. The hotel staff are the hardest working people and are constantly putting in the work to make the experience and resort the best it can be. We went with our three year old and the kindness and warmth from every staff member we encountered throughout the week made it even more special. We even ended our week with our room all Decorated with balloons from Dario and Carolina to say goodbye. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Resort!
The views here are unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of pools with their own amazing views. Service was great, but Carolina and Dario were absolutely amazing all week. They went above and beyond everyday to make sure we had an amazing stay.

We dined at grazie italian..food could use some seasoning.and the peach tart need some attention it was very dry and tasteless..not impressed.... however Antonio made the experience all worthwhile...he was very efficient and friendly...always smiling...keep up the excellent work

We love this place
Amazing time. It’s our 2nd trip we love it all Sebastian at Grazie was fantastic, Andres and Israel at the cabanas are my absolute favorite We love them so much and everyone takes great care of us each time we are here. Thank to the entire staff.

Awesome!
Sebastian at Grazie was fabulous! Ask for him by name and he’ll take great care of you. 10/10! Order the lasagna, the pizza, and tiramisu. It all tasted amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and atmosphere was awesome for adults and kids alike.
