This is our first stay with Sandos in Cabo. Having stayed with other resorts in Cabo and San Jose we were not sure what to expect. Now on our 7th day we could not be happier. Fishing was excellent (2 striped marlin) and excursions into town and surrounding attractions felt safe with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We used Uber several times and were not put off by having to walk to gate. Location of resort to Marina could not be closer. Staff were warm and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. There is an observed pride in working at Sandos amongst the Staff and it shows. My Son had a medical mishap while fishing to which Sandos Medical Staff treated with professional care and follow up. Rooms are super clean and modern. Beds are medium firmness. Moving from our high end memory foam to this mattress left no negative results. Night life at the resort is great with shows nightly. Many people were return Guests and have watched shows multiple times. They are really that good! The staff is appreciative of tips, but does not sway in their service if tip not left. As a group of 7 we chose to leave tip of $5 for breakfast, $5 lunch and $10 for dinner, $5 per day for room, $1 for drinks. We found the food to be top quality with much variety. Our Canadian bellies were happy. In all the hotels we have stayed at on Baja Sandos would be the best. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely outstanding resort with amazing Staff!!
In reviewing previous comments, we would agree that Sandos Finisterra prides themselves in top notch food, service and guest experience!!! We will return! The breakfast buffet and a la Carte restaurants were delicious. Breakfast food was fresh and prepared with attractive presentation. It’s such a treat to have the ability to walk in to the a la carte restaurants. There was only one night where we had to wait for a length of time for a table. The staff however were very accommodating to ensure that we had a positive experience! Seeing the manager, Nikki interacting with guests and staff speaks to customer/ team satisfaction! The staff at Sandos Finisterra are kind, interactive, personal and genuine. This team truly takes pride in their work environment. All staff were fantastic! A few names stand out: Norma, Elisa, Francesco,Jorge, Eve , Yuki and Carmen. Our room was spotless! Anacieli was amazing! Whale watching from our deck was so beautiful!!Morning sunrise on the beach, breath taking. We just do not have anything negative to say.

Wonderful!!!!
Amazing Resort. We have stayed at 4 resorts in Cabo and SanJose. Restaurants are amazing . Server Juan1 went out of his way to accommodate our requests for dinner. Staff is warm and courteous. Sandos is now our ‘go-to’ resort, definitely 5 stars.

Amazing as always!
We come to the Finisterra often and we can't say enough about this resort. It truly is our home away from home! The location, cleanliness, food and entertainment are all amazing. But as usual, the staff make this resort! We are always welcomed by Alvero and Nicklaus. Alberto and Miguel run the A la carte restaurants and you won't be disappointed with the quality of the food. Also, thanks to all wait staff including Carlos, Luis , Yazmin, and Javier (just to name a few). It's obvious that Luis , Francisco and our dear friend Ish , certainly make bartending a passion! We are always well taken care of, by Oswaldo , Abraham, Glenda, Ana and the RE team, who aim to please their members. Lastly, this resort would never run so smoothly if it weren't for GM, Nicki! See you all again soon!🥰😎

Best location, AI experience and staff!
So many great things about this resort! Staff is amazing, they treat you like family, remember your names (and your favorite drinks!😉). Arturo in Don Diego (breakfast) was fantastic! Joel took care of us all day with poolside drinks & eats! We love the entertainment staff - Carmen and Yuki have so much energy & fun! Pools are great, food is really good and location can’t be beat! Easy walk to Marina, local restaurants, bars & shops - highly recommend Sancho’s for American sports watching! Book here, you won’t regret it!
