  Fantastic food wonderful staff

  Superb food the waitresses in the cerulena and the aqua restaurants were above and beyond fantastic. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Check in was 4pm and our original room was being updated were upgraded and had room 307 with a view over the pool to the sandy beach and sea ,couldn't fault thst either. The room was clean on arrival but servicing the room time wise a bit hit and miss time wise. We saw on the site monkeys ,crabs lots of birds and the resident cat was so friendly . There were a couple of really picky things I saw bannisters on the stairs really needed re painting and a couple of scuff marks here and there but as i said picky. We saw a lovely wedding whilst there and ohh boy the hotel did a lovely job of decoration. Seaweed on the beach on arrival non there at all then we had a couple of storms and there was a bit on the beach but it didn't impact my daily beach walk . All in all a quite and relaxed holiday .

  Wedding night fire alarm, blocked exit, and a hotel reply that contradicts its own emails

  My wife has already reviewed our wedding and honeymoon here in September 2026. I'm adding mine because the hotel's public reply to hers doesn't match what the hotel said in writing during our stay, and anyone considering this property should know that. On our wedding. The reply says the wedding team knew we were coming. Reception asked us why we were there and asked us to prove it by email, and the package items appeared only after two hours of chasing. The reply calls the room upgrade a "goodwill gesture". It wasn't. A room upgrade, subject to availability, is part of the wedding and honeymoon package we booked and confirmed by email before arrival, and the room was available. We received what we had already paid for, two hours late, after fighting for it. On the fire alarm. The reply says we "bypassed the official emergency exit" and that signage directed guests correctly. During our stay the hotel told our tour operator that some signs "were not positioned as expected" and that following them from our room led to a false wall. We followed the evacuation notice on our own door and the paper signs in the stairwell. That is where they took us. On the blocked passage. The reply says it was a partitioned work area, not an exit. During our stay the hotel told our tour operator the passageway "should have been kept clear" and that the obstruction was removed, three days after the alarm. The general manager told me in person on the day that it was a fire exit and would be cleared. On the cause. The reply says smoking in a guest room set the alarm off. On the night, security told us it was a known fault that "keeps going off". The general manager said the same the next day. On the assembly point. The reply says staff were waiting at the designated point and we had gone somewhere else. We were at the assembly point marked on the fire evacuation map on the back of our room door, which is where the hotel told us to go. Nobody came to it, nobody did a headcount or a room sweep, and my wife and other guests went to reception three times and were told it was "fine". If staff were waiting somewhere else, the hotel's own map sent us to the wrong place. And if they knew guests were missing, why did nobody come and say so there and then? On the extinguishers. The reply says they're up to date. The service tags on our floor said March 2026 and nothing after. A green gauge means the cylinder is pressurised, not that it has been serviced. We've asked twice for the certificate and not received it. The rest of the stay: no reliable hot water, a shower that flooded the floor, a balcony door that didn't lock, a broken toilet that took three calls to get attended to, cold food, dirty glasses rinsed and reused, broken and mouldy loungers, cockroaches near food areas, plates left in hallways for days. The reply says most of this wasn't reported. Some was, in writing. The rest a guest shouldn't need to file a report about. These are the basic standards of a four and a half star hotel. Credit where it's due. Deniko, Kim, Sheree, Sophia, Shonika and Keanna were excellent, and the beach is lovely. The property and its management are the problem, not those people. The matter is with our tour operator.

  We had a blast

  Just home from 2 weeks at sea breeze, what a blast we had. Yes we had a couple of small issues which were quickly sorted for us. We enjoyed lots of different cocktails , can’t beat a mudslide to start the day at 10, usually chatting away in pool by frying fish. If you like Terrys chocolate orange slip a Cointreau into mudslide. Food, you will never go hungry, ideal time to try local foods, my favourite was West Indian chicken curry in Aqua Terra, I asked if I could have it as a main , it was on starter menu, our server checked with kitchen and it was sorted. Spicy with loads of flavour, Shanika our server advised me to have soon honey after to cool me and my mouth down, it worked. Salomon, red snapper, stuffed chicken, lamb shank, risotto, steaks. Tipsy is a chill out area lunch time, tacos n fries work well, plus a couple on gin n tonics. Marcia’s welcome every morning at breakfast is a must. Timothy and Captain Jack and all water sports guys kept us busy, think we sailed 11 times. Jack loves his sailing and doesn’t stop talking, he’s the Greatest, or so he tells you. He’s never fallen off ! Evening entertainment is chilled, music in different guises. We found it enough but probably not for youngsters. When your up at 6 in the morning for beach walk and swim before breakfast 10 pm is late enough. There has been some staff changes as you expect in holiday and hotel business, but still lots of familiar faces Sharon, Marcia,breakfast Marcia, Andrea,Sheron with her lovely colourful tops, Joanna, Omar,Robert,Cuthbert,Jerome,Cassandra,Shanika,Keannu,Prince , Josh and Arden. I’m sure I have missed a few. Lots of the new youngsters work had and will gain the confidence needed for that extra chat. Deniko, Joel and our ambassador Fab did what was required Shanika , Cassandra and Josh were the 3 that really engaged and went the extra mile. It’s very hard to single out staff as most engage in their own way. Thanks again sea breeze see you in May

  Wonderful experience , fabulous staff

  I am still on holiday at Sea Breeze and didn't want to wait until I got home to tell the hotel and staff how great they are. We read very poor reviews the week before we came and were really apprehensive. However, our experience couldn't be any more different to those reviews. We arrived on the 28th September at 14.00, greeted by lovely reception staff and our fabulous ambassador Fabian, with a cold towel and a cold drink. Our check in experience was easy, friendly, informative and reassuring. We had an upgraded room as my partner was 60 and Fabian had decorated our room when we entered it. They'd booked us into the Aqua Terra restaurant at 7.30, which we changed to 7pm as we were tired. The staff sang happy Birthday to my partner and brought out a piece of cake and a "candle/sparkler" The food and service in the restaurants since we have been here has been excellent. Great breakfast selection, Aqua Terra, Cerulean, Tipsy beach buffet, Mahogany buffet at lunch and the BBQ on Saturday and Sea food night on Sunday, the Flying Fish for lunch every day. We cannot fault it. The hotel itself is constantly being cleaned, the house keeping staff clean your room in the day and then do a bed turn down service and leave fresh towels again in the evening. The staff are amazing so friendly, polite, helpful and are constantly checking if you are ok, have you got enough drinks is there anything they can do, even when you are on the beach. We even had help from a staff member on Friday night when we went to Oistins and wanted to come back early, she took us to the bus stop and stayed with us until we got on the bus and told the driver where we needed to be dropped off. She was out of work hours but was still sooo helpful and kind. I can't remember everyone's names unfortunately, but the ones that stand out to us are Fabian, Shanees, Sandra, Sharon, Latoya, Maria Kayla, and so so many more wonderful staff behind the bars, by the pool, on the beach water sports, in the restaurants and reception, the managers who came round and the people keeping the grounds clean and tidy, we can't fault them at all. There is a dress code in Cerulean, men need a top with a collar and closed toe shoes, trainers will do. Mahogany restaurant at lunch expect you to cover your swimwear and not sit in there in your bikini which ii think is a reasonable request. We loved the evening entertainment, silent disco, Virgo, saxophonist DJ, karaoke and the afternoon activities bingo, wine tasting, rum tasting, mixology and aqua aerobics. Free water activities catamaran, snorkeling, kayaking and body boarding at the beach. We were booked to go on the Wednesday island tour that the hotel runs, which I believe was fantastic, but unfortunately I was unwell from an external excursion the day before and couldn't risk going. It's a must do trip. The sea and beach are beautiful and yes there's a bit of seaweed but it's the season for it and it's clearing up now. If there is a down side to this hotel it is only that it is quite isolated, with not much to do outside the hotel close by, but you can catch the buses at the top of the road to anywhere on the island and there are numerous excursions you can book through reception or your ambassador. Would I come back? Most definitely . Sea Breeze Beach House Hotel please keep doing what you do, warm, welcoming and fabulous. Carol and Steve

  Excellent stay

  Great location and resort. Could not fault the hotel from all of the staff and food was excellent. Second stay here and the best yet. Will be going back in a few years
