October 2025 Visit
I had a great stay at the resort, but there were two things my fiancée and I were concerned about. The first was that we noticed the hot tub in our room was gurgling and backflowing. We saw water that appeared brownish and dirty backing up into the tub, and then there was a bad sewer odor. Because of this, we didn’t use the hot tub. The second issue was the loud construction going on in the ice room. They were jackhammering concrete, taking out rebar, and there was a lot of construction noise. I couldn’t even hear my concierge, Karen. These were the only negatives during our stay. I wish things had been different, but there wasn’t anything Karen could have done about it. Thank you for having us. We’d like to plan and book our wedding for October or November 2026.

Amazing Service and Great Stay!”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from start to finish — I truly can’t complain about a single thing. The staff was so attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Special thanks to Andi, Brandon, Ari, and Lizbeth for going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. Every time we will see them they made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place no doubt!!

Great experience!
It was a great experience. I traveled with a couple of friends and everything was excellent, from the arrival to the warm welcome. The food was delicious and the pools were great, right in front of the store. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was good, with excellent equipment, and our instructor, Esteban, was always attentive and friendly, providing support with the exercises.

This was such an amazing experience for my family and me! My brother had his wedding here, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location. The staff were all wonderful, especially Andi — she was so helpful and made every event extra fun. We can’t wait to come back!
